MANAGEMENTDISCUSSIONANDANALYSIS FINANCIALRESULTS TheGroup’srevenueandprofitattributabletoownersoftheparentforthesixmonthsended30September2023amountedtoapproximatelyHK$286.7million(sixmonthsended30September2022:approximatelyHK$1,260.8million)andapproximatelyHK$267.7million(sixmonthsended30September2022:approximatelyHK$67.6million),respectively.Theprofitforthesixmonthsended30September2023wasmainlyattributabletotheshareofresultsofjointventuresanddeliveryofpropertyprojects. Nootherexpenseswasnotedforthereportingperiod(sixmonthsended30September2022:approximatelyHK$21.0million),asnodebtinvestmentsatfairvaluethroughothercomprehensiveincomewasdisposedduringtheperiod. ThefinancecostsamountedtoapproximatelyHK$80.7million(sixmonthsended30September2022:approximatelyHK$50.2million).Theincrementwasmainlyduetotheincreaseininterestrates. TheshareofprofitsandlossesofjointventuresamountedtoapproximatelyHK$376.0million(sixmonthsended30September2022:approximatelyHK$108.0million).Theincrementwasmainlyduetotheincreaseinprofitscontributedbythecommercialportfolio. BUSINESSREVIEW PropertyDevelopment RevenuerecognizedinthisbusinesssegmentduringthereportingperiodamountedtoapproximatelyHK$258.4millionwhichwasmainlyattributabletothedeliveryof“TheMet.Azure”projectand“LADDERDunda
