MANAGEMENTDISCUSSIONANDANALYSIS FINANCIALRESULTS TheGroup’srevenueandprofitattributabletoownersoftheparentforthesixmonthsended30September2022amountedtoapproximatelyHK$1,260.8million(sixmonthsended30September2021:approximatelyHK$10.3million(asrestated))andapproximatelyHK$67.6million(sixmonthsended30September2021:approximatelyHK$148.6million),respectively.Theprofitforthesixmonthsended30September2022wasmainlyattributabletothecompletionofdevelopedpropertyprojectsandshareofprofitsrecognizedfromjointventures. BUSINESSREVIEW PropertyDevelopment RevenuerecognizedinthisbusinesssegmentduringthereportingperiodamountedtoapproximatelyHK$1.3billion(sixmonthsended30September2021:Nil)whichwasmainlyattributabletothedeliveryof“TheMet.Azure”project. “TheMet.Azure”projectlocatedatthejunctionofLiuToRoadandHangMeiStreet,TsingYi(TsingYiTownLotNo.192)andwaslaunchedtomarketinAugust2021.Asatthedateofthisreport,315outof320unitsreleasedhavebeensold.ThetotalsalesproceedsamountedtoapproximatelyHK$1.6billion. TheGrouphaslaunchedthepre-salesof“Larchwood”inAugust2022.The“Larchwood”projectislocatedinthecoreareaofKowloonandissupportedbywell-developedcommunityfacilities.ThisprojectistheGroup’sfirsturbanredevelopmentcommercialandresidentialprojectinalongtime.Theprojectleveragesonthecompetitiveadvantagesofourpreviousprojectsandalsoincorporatesmorehumanizeddesignstoachieveharmonywiththeoldandnewculturesinthecommunity.Asatthedateofthisreport,41outof98unitsreleasedhavebeensold.ThetotalsalesproceedsamountedtoapproximatelyHK$201.0mi
