FINANCIALRESULTS DuringtheYear,theGrouprecordedalossofapproximatelyHK$195million.TheGroupalsorecordedalossattributabletotheownersoftheCompanyofapproximatelyHK$156million,representingadecreaseof85%comparedwiththatofthelastfinancialyear.Thedecreasewasduetodeconsolidationoftheheatandpowersegment.FortheYear,theGrouprecordedarevenueofapproximatelyHK$105million,representingadecreaseof72%comparedwiththatofthelastfinancialyear.ThedecreaseinrevenuewasmainlyderivedfromdeconsolidationoftheheatandpowersegmentandtemporarilysuspensionofsalesofcalciumcarbideduringtheYear. BUSINESSREVIEW Forcalciumcarbideproductiondivision,itsoperationwaspartiallysuspendedtemporarilysinceJanuary2023duetothedecreaseinmarketsellingpriceofcalciumcarbideascomparedwithlastyear.Inviewofthepriceofrawmaterialinthecurrentstage,HeiheLongjiangChemicalLimited(“HLCL”)expectedfullyresumptionofproductionattheendof2023. Intermsofchemicalproductsforagriculturedivision,MudanjiangHaidiTechnologyCompanyLimited(“MudanjiangHaidi”)hascommencedproductionandsalesofchemicalproductsforagriculture.Inviewoftheconsiderableprofitmargin,theBoardbelievesthatMudanjiangHaidiwillcontinuetobethegrowthdriveroftheGroupintheforthcomingyears. Fortheheatandpowerdivision,deconsolidationoftheoperationwasdecidedon26August2022.MudanjiangBetterDayPowerLimited(“MudanjiangBDPower”)isintheprocessofvoluntaryliquidationandafterthecompletionofliquidationprocess,theCompanycanbecarriedoutreversalofreceivablesinrespectoftheproceedsfromliquidationofMudanjiangBDPowerandexpectedtorecordintherevenueoftheCompany. 各位股东： 本人欣然代表中国天化工集团有限公司（“本公司”）呈报本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二三年六月三十日止年度（“本年度”）之年度报告。 财务业绩 于本年度，本集团录得亏损约195百万港元。本集
