BUSINESSREVIEW Inthefirsthalfof2023,affectedbyfactorsincludingwarmertemperaturesintheheatingseasonandglobaleconomicslowdown,thesupplyanddemandtensionhasbeensignificantlyeasedintheinternationalnaturalgasmarket.AsthemarginaleffectofgeopoliticssuchastheUkrainiancrisisontheinternationalenergymarkethasweakened,thenaturalgasmarketinChinahasbeengenerallyunderstabledevelopment. Inthefirsthalfof2023,theconsumptionofdomesticnaturalgaswasapproximately194.1billionm3,representingayear-on-yearincreaseofapproximately5.6%;thenaturalgasproductionwasapproximately115.5billionm3,representingayear-on-yearincreaseofapproximately5.4%;theimportednaturalgaswasapproximately79.4billionm3,representingayear-on-yearincreaseofapproximately5.8%,ofwhichthepipedgaswasapproximately33.2billionm3,andLNGwasapproximately46.2billionm3. AsofthePeriod,therevenueoftheGroupamountedtoapproximatelyRMB1,286million(2022:RMB1,477million),representingadecreaseofapproximately12.93%ascomparedwiththecorrespondingperiodoflastyear,whileprofitoftheGroupforthePeriodwasapproximatelyRMB79.64million(2022:RMB16.68million),representinganincreaseofapproximately377.46%ascomparedwiththecorrespondingperiodoflastyear,whichwasmainlyduetotheprofitofshareofresultsofjointventures.BasicearningspershareoftheCompanywasRMB0.76cents(2022:RMB0.05cents).TheoverallgrossprofitmarginoftheGroupwasapproximately12.74%(2022:10.42%),representinganincreaseofapproximately2.32percentagepointascomparedwiththecorrespondingperiodoflastyear.Theincreaseingrossprofitmarginwasmainlyattributabletothedecreaseincostofsalesandservices. 中民控股有限公司（“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）仅此公布，本公司及其附属公司 （统称“本集团”）截至2023年6月30日止六个月 （“本期间”或“本报告期间”）未经审核简明综合 财务报表。 业务回顾 2023年上半年，国际天然气市场受采暖季气温偏暖、全球经济增速放缓等因素影响，供需紧张形势显着缓解，乌克兰危机等地缘政治对国际能源市场影响的边际效应减弱，中国天然气市场发展总体平稳。 2023年上半年，全国天然气消费量约1,941亿立方米，同比增长约5.6%；天然气产量约1,155亿立方米，同比增长约5.4%；天然气进口量约794亿立方米，同比增长约5.8%，其中管道气约332亿立方米，LNG约462亿立方米。 截至本报告期间，本集团收入约人民币12.86亿元（2022年：人民币14.77亿元），较去年同期减少约12.93%，本期间本集团溢利约人民币79.64百万元（2022年：人民币16.68百万元），较去年同期增加约377.46%，因合资企业业绩录得盈利。本公司每股基本盈利为人民币0.76分（2022年：人民币0.05分）。本集团的整体毛利率约12.74%（2022年：10.42%），较去年同期增加约2.32百分点。毛利率增加主要是由于销售及服务成本下降。 MD&A 管理层讨论及分析 3 中民
