ECONOMICCONDITIONSANDANNUALRESULTS In2022,domesticGDPreached121.02trillion,representinganincreaseof3.0%.Thedomesticeconomyhasmaintainedthemomentumofrecovery,whichhasbeenfasterthanthatofmostmajoreconomies.In2020and2021,afteraseriesofbreakthroughsof100trillionand110trillion,China’seconomicgrowthhasleapttoanewlevel. AccordingtopublicinformationfromtheChinaDevelopmentandReformCommission(“NDRC”)andtheNationalBureauofStatistic:In2022,naturalgasproductionwasapproximately217.8billionm3,representingayear-on-yearincreaseof6.7%;naturalgasimportswere109milliontons,representingayear-on-yeardecreaseof9.9%;naturalgasapparentconsumptionwas366.3billionm3,representingayear-on-yeardecreaseof1.7%.In2022,China’sLiquefiedPetroleumGas(“LPG”)productionwas48.67milliontons,representingayear-on-yearincreaseof2.1%;thetotalretailsalesofsocialconsumergoodswereapproximatelyRMB43.97trillion,representingayear-on-yeardecreaseof0.2%. Withthejointeffortsofthemanagementandallemployees,theGrouprecordedthepipedgassalesof383.99millionm3fortheYear,representinganincreaseof13.07%ascomparedtolastyear;thecylindergassalesof99,717tonsfortheYear,representingadecreaseof36.97%ascomparedtotheCorrespondingPeriodLastYear. TheannualrevenuefortheYearwasapproximatelyRMB2,868million,representinganincreaseascomparedtothelastyear.Affectedbytheepidemic,theeconomyandthecrudeoilprices,theprofitfortheYeardroppedtoRMB59million. 本人谨代表中民控股有限公司（“本公司”）董事会（“董事会”）及全体附属公司（“本集团”或“我们”），向本公司股东（“股东”）提呈本集团截至2022年12月31日止年度（“本年度”）之年度报告。 经济环境及全年业绩 2022年，国内生产总值达到121.02万亿元，增长 3.0%，我国经济运行持续稳定恢复，经济增长快于多数主要经济体，继2020年、2021年连续突破100万亿元、110万亿元之后，又跃上新的台阶。 根据中国发展和改革委员会（简称“发改委”）、统计局等公开数据显示：2022年，天然气产量约为2,178亿立方米，比上年增长6.7%；天然气进口1.09亿吨，同比下降9.9%；天然气表观消费量为3,663亿立方米、同比下降1.7%。2022年中国液化石油气(LPG)产量为4,867万吨，同比上升2.1%；社会消费品零售总额约为人民币43.97万亿元，比上年下降0.2%。 本集团在管理层及全体员工共同努力下，本年度，管道燃气销量为38,399万立方米，同比上年增加13.07%；本年度罐装燃气的销售量为99,717吨，较上年同期减少36.97%。 本年度全年收入约为人民币28.68亿元，同比上年增加，受疫情，经济及原油价格影响，本年度盈利下降至约人民币0.59亿元。 2 ChinesePeopleHoldingsCompanyLimited 2022AnnualReport(FortheYearEnded31December2022) Chairman’sStatement 主席报告 FINANCIALPOSITION Byensuringthestabilityofthefinancialposition,theGroupcarefullyutilisesfundforreasonableinvestmentandseizestheopportunityofbusinessdevelopment.Asat31December2022,thedebt-to-capitalisationratiooftheGroup,representingtheratiooftotalborrowingstototalborrowingsandequityattributabletoownersoftheCompany,was2.79%(2021:3.30%).
