Fortheyearended31December2022,theGrouprecordedalossattributabletoownersoftheCompanyofapproximatelyHK$162,643,000fromcontinuingoperations(2021:lossofapproximatelyHK$359,902,000fromcontinuingoperations),representingadecreaseinlossofapproximately54.81%ascomparedwithlastcorrespondingyear.Suchdecreaseinlossfortheyearended31December2022wasmainlyduetodecreaseinfinancecostsofapproximately53.51%oftheGroupascomparedtolastcorrespondingyear. BUSINESSREVIEW TheprincipalactivitiesoftheGroupare:(i)miningoperations—exploitationandexplorationofmineralresources;and(ii)chemicaltradingoperations—manufacturingandsaleofchemicalproducts(collectivelynamed“continuingoperations”).Duringtheyearended31December2021,tradingofmineralresourcesoperationwasdiscontinued(“discontinuedoperations”).Ananalysisofeachofthesebusinesssegmentsispresentedbelow: Continuingoperations MiningOperations—ExploitationandExplorationofMineralResources Asat31December2022,theGrouphasamineralminewithinitsMiningOperation,namelyMolybdenumMine. 整体财务表现 于截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度，本集团自持续经营业务录得收益约1,295,666,000港元，较去年同期自持续经营业务录得约1,350,367,000港元减少约4.05%。收益主要来自本集团采矿业务及化学品买卖业务的收益，与去年同期相同。 截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度，本集团自持续经营业务录得本公司拥有人应占亏损约162,643,000港元（二零二一年：自持续经营业务录得亏损约359,902,000港元），较去年同期亏损减少约54.81%。截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度亏损减少，乃主要由于本集团的融资成本较去年同期减少约53.51%所致。 业务回顾 本集团的主要业务为：(i)采矿业务—开采及勘探矿产资源；及(ii)化学品买卖业务—制造及销售化学品（统称“持续经营业务”）。于截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度，买卖矿产资源业务已终止经营（“已终止经营业务”）。各业务分类之分析载列如下： 持续经营业务 采矿业务—开采及勘探矿产资源 于二零二二年十二月三十一日，本集团于其采矿业务中拥有一个矿场，即钼矿场。 MolybdenumMine TheGroup’sminingoperationmainlyincludestheexploitation,explorationandproductionofmolybdenumconcentrateinthePRC.OurmolybdenumconcentratewasproducedbythemolybdenummineoperatedbyShaanxiProvinceLuoNanXianJiuLongKuangYeCompanyLimited(“JiuL
