BUSINESSREVIEW Inthefirsthalfof2022,affectedbyvariousfactorsincludingtheinternationalsituation,pandemicoutbreaksandcost,thedomesticnaturalgasmarketshowedasituationof“sluggishsupplyanddemand”,andtheapparentconsumptionandtotalsupplyofnaturalgaspresentedanegativegrowthtrend.Inthefirsthalfof2022,thetotalapparentconsumptionofdomesticnaturalgaswasapproximately182.438billionm3,representingayear-on-yeardecreaseofapproximately1.93%,whichwasthefirstnegativegrowthoccurredinrecentyears.Thetotalsupplyofnaturalgaswasapproximately184.848billionm3,representingayear-on-yeardecreaseofapproximately1.98%.Amongthem,thedomesticnaturalgasproductionwasapproximately109.62billionm3,representingayear-on-yearincreaseofapproximately5.10%,andthetotalimportednaturalgaswasapproximately75.228billionm3,representingayear-on-yeardecreaseofapproximately10.74%. ForthePeriod,therevenueoftheGroupamountedtoapproximatelyRMB1,477million(2021:RMB1,258million),representinganincreaseofapproximately17.41%ascomparedwiththecorrespondingperiodoflastyear,whileprofitoftheGroupforthePeriodwasapproximatelyRMB16.68million(2021:RMB119.24million),representingadecreaseofapproximately86.01%ascomparedwiththecorrespondingperiodoflastyearduetomainlythelossofshareofresultsofjointventures.BasicearningspershareoftheCompanywasRMB0.05cents(2021:RMB1.18cents).TheoverallgrossprofitmarginoftheGroupwasapproximately10.42%(2021:14.78%),representingadecreaseofapproximately4.36percentagepointascomparedwiththecorrespondingperiodoflastyear.Thedecreaseingrossprofitmarginwasmainlyattributabletotheincreaseinthecostofsalesandservices,whichresultedindecreaseinthegrossprofitmarginascomparedwiththecorrespondingperiodoflastyear. 中民控股有限公司（“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）仅此公布，本公司及其附属公司 （统称“本集团”）截至2022年6月30日止六个月 （“本期间”或“本报告期间”）未经审核简明综合 财务报表。 业务回顾 2022年上半年，受国际局势、疫情、成本等多因素的影响，我国天然气市场表现出“供需两弱”局面，天然气表观消费量和总供应量均出现负增长走势。2022年上半年，国内天然气表观消费总量为约1,824.38亿立方米，同比下降约1.93%，近年来首次出现负增长。天然气总供应量约1,848.48亿立方米，同比下降1.98%。其中，国内天然气产量约1,096.20亿立方米，同比增长约5.10%，进口天然气总量为约752.28亿立方米，同比下降约10.74%。 截至本报告期间，本集团收入约人民币14.77亿元（2021年：人民币12.58亿元），较去年同期增加约17.41%，本期间本集团溢利约人民币16.68百万元（2021年：人民币119.24百万元），较去年同期减少约86.01%，因合资企业业
