Importantly,thediminishmentofcertainindicatorshassloweddownsinceQ42022.Thegovernmenthasreaffirmedandemphasizedthestatusof“realestateasapillarindustryofournationaleconomy”.BoththestandingcommitteemeetingoftheStateCouncilandtheCentralEconomicWorkConferencehaveproposedtoaccommodatebasicandimprovinghousingdemandsthroughcity-specificmeasures.Relevantdepartments,suchastheMinistryofFinanceofthePeople’sRepublicofChina(“PRC”)andtheMinistryofHousingandUrban-RuralDevelopmentofthePRC,havealsoissuednoticesandstatementsforsupportinggovernment-subsidizedrentalhousingaswel
