Wirerod TheGroupproducesribbedandplainwirerods,bothofwhichhavecrosssectionaldiametersrangingfrom5.5millimetresto14millimetres.TheGroup’swirerodproductsareusedintheconstructionandinfrastructuresectors. 西王特钢有限公司（本公司）是一家领先高端特钢生产商，其主要业务位于中国山东省。 本集团于2003年创立，于2012年2月23日在联交所主板上市。本集团的生产基地在中国山东省邹平市西王工业园，拥有由炼铁、炼钢到二次冶金、模铸、连铸及轧钢的一体化生产流程。本集团的产品包括主要用于建筑及基建项目的普通钢以及用于高铁、汽车、海洋船舶、风电、轴承、石油化工、机械及设备领域的特钢。 本集团拥有两个生产模式：(1)以废钢作为原材料，通过电弧炉产钢；(2)以铁矿石在烧结炉转化成烧结料后经高炉生产铁水，再由转炉制成钢。本集团通过利用不同的原材料控制成本及产品组合，令本集团的生产模式更加灵活。 本集团于年内生产及销售普通钢及特钢，并主要买卖铁矿粉、球团矿等原材料。普通钢主要包括棒材及线材，特钢则包括优质碳素结构钢、合金结构钢、轴承钢及钢锭。详细介绍如下： 1.普通钢 棒材 棒材主要用于建筑及基建项目。本集 团的棒材横切面直径介乎12毫米至40 毫米。 线材 本集团生产带肋及光圆线材，两者的 横切面直径均介乎5.5毫米至14毫米。本集团的线材用于建筑及基建领域。 CompanyProfile(Continued) 公司简介（续） 2.SPECIALSTEEL Qualitycarbonstructuralsteel TheGroup’squalitycarbonstructuralsteelproductsincludesteelbarsandsteelwireswithcrosssectionaldiametersrangingfrom5.5millimetresto350millimetres.Qualitycarbonstructuralsteelcontainslessthan0.8%carbonandhaslesssulfur,phosphorusandnon-metalliccontentsthanthatofordinarycarbonstructuralsteel.Becauseofitshigherpurity,qualitycarbonstructuralsteelhasbettermechanicalproperties,suchasyieldstrengthandtensilestrength,thanthatofordinarycarbonstructuralsteel.Thisproductismainlyusedforbuildingsandinfrastructures. Alloystructuralsteel Alloystructuralsteelismostlyusedinmachineries.Inordertogetthedesiredsteelproperties,manganese,silicon,nickel,chromiumandmolybdenumareaddedtoadjustthechemicalcomposition.TheGroup’salloystructuralsteelproductsincludesteelbarswithcrosssectionaldiametersrangingfrom 5.5millimetresto350millimetres.
