BUSINESSREVIEW Overview Inthefirsthalfof2023,theGroupoperatedinachallengingmacroeconomicenvironment.Externally,theUnitedStatesandEuropeancentralbankscontinuedtheirtighteningcyclesunderthemountinginflationarypressures,resultingcurrencyexchangeratefluctuations.Internally,theeconomicinflectionpointremainsuncertainduetofactorssuchasthepersistentriseinunemploymentratesandadeclineinconsumersentimentfollowingtheaftermathofthepandemic.Duringthefirsthalfof2023,thedecreaseoftheGroup’sturnoverwasprimarilyduetothedecreaseinbothsellingpriceofcokingcoalsandcoalproductionvolumeinthefirsthalfof2023. CoalMiningBusiness Asat30June2023,theGrouphad5cokingcoalmineswhichareFuchangMine,JinxinMine,LiaoyuanMine,BolongMineandXinfengMinelocatedinGujiao,TaiyuanCity,Shanxi,inaddition,FuchangMinewasrecognisedbytheCoalIndustryBureauofShanxiProvinceasa“二级安全生产标准化煤矿”(SecondClassSafeProductionStandardisationCoalMine*)withavalidperiodof3yearsfromAugust2023. Thecoalminesinfulloperationduringthesixmonthsended30June2023wereFuchangMineandLiaoyuanMine,whichenteredthejointtrialoperationinOctober2016andSeptember2018respectively,passedtheinspectionforcompletioninJanuary2017andDecember2018respectivelyandobtained 《安全生产许可证》(thePermitforSafeProduction*)inJanuary 2023andNovember2022respectively.RegardingofFuchangMineandLiaoyuenMine,theexpectedproductioncapacityareboth600,000tonnesperyearrespectively.TheoperationofJinxinMinehadresumedsinceApril2023. *Foridentificationpurposeonly 绿领控股集团有限公司（“本公司”）董事 （“董事”）会（“董事会”）欣然呈列本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月之未经审核简明综合中期财务资料，连同二零二二年同期之比较数字及有关说明附注。 业务回顾 概况 二零二三年上半年，本集团的宏观经济营运环境充满挑战。在外部环境而言，美国及欧洲央行在通胀压力加大的情况下持续加息周期，导致货币汇率波动。在内部环境而言，受疫情后失业率持续上升、消费者信心下降等因素影响，经济拐点仍存在不确定性。二零二三年上半年，本集团营业额减少主要由于二零二三年上半年煤炭售价及煤炭产量下降所致。 煤矿业务 于二零二三年六月三十日，本集团有5座焦煤矿，分别为福昌矿区、金鑫矿区、辽源矿区、铂龙矿区及鑫峰矿区，位于山西省太原市古交。此外，福昌矿区获山西省煤炭工业厅确认为“二级安全生产标准化煤矿”，有效期为自二零二三年八月起三年。 截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月全面营运中之煤矿为福昌矿区及辽源矿区，彼等分别于二零一六年十月及二零一八年九月进入联合试营运，分别于二零一七年一月及二零一八年十二月通过竣工验收，并分别于二零二三年一月及二零二二年十一月取得《安全生产许可证》。就福昌矿区及辽源矿区而言，其预期生
