CoalMiningBusiness Thecoalminesinfulloperationduringthesixmonthsended30June2022wereFuchangMineandLiaoyuanMine,whichenteredthejointtrialoperationinOctober2016andSeptember2018respectively,passedtheinspectionforcompletioninJanuary2017andDecember2018respectivelyandobtained 《安全生产许可证》(thePermitforSafeProduction*)inApril 2017andMarch2019respectively.RegardingofFuchangMineandLiaoyuenMine,theexpectedproductioncapacityareboth600,000tonnesperyearrespectively. Asat30June2022,theGrouphad5cokingcoalmineswhichareFuchangMine,JinxinMine,LiaoyuanMine,BolongMineandXinfengMinelocatedinGujiao,TaiyuanCity,Shanxi,People’sRepublicofChina(“PRC”),ofwhichFuchangMineandLiaoyuanMinewereinfulloperation,BolongMinewasundergoingconstructionsandexpectedproductionscheduleofXinfengMineisafterfinishingtheproductionofBolongMineandJinxinMinewastemporallysuspended.Inaddition,FuchangMinewasrecognisedbytheCoalIndustryBureauofShanxiProvinceasa“二级安全生产标准化煤矿”(SecondClassSafeProductionStandardisationCoalMine*)withavalidperiodof3yearsfromJuly2020. *Foridentificationpurposeonly 业务回顾 概况 二零二二年上半年，面对全球二零一九年新型冠状病毒病（“COVID-19”）持续影响及复杂多变的外部环境，绿领控股集团有限公司（“本公司”），连同其附属公司（统称“本集团”），煤矿业务继续保持稳中有进、稳中向好的发展趋势。于二零二二年上半年，本集团营业额增加乃主要由于二零二二年上半年焦煤的售价及煤炭产量均有所增加，反映二零二二年上半年煤炭供应短缺导致山西省对煤炭的需求增加。 煤矿业务 截至二零二二年六月三十日止六个月全面营运中之煤矿为福昌矿区及辽源矿区，彼等分别于二零一六年十月及二零一八年九月进入联合试营运，分别于二零一七年一月及二零一八年十二月通过竣工验收，并分别于二零一七年四月及二零一九年三月取得《安全生产许可证》。就福昌矿区及辽源矿区而言，其预期生产能力均为每年600,000吨。 于二零二二年六月三十日，本集团有5座焦煤矿，分别为福昌矿区、金鑫矿区、辽源矿区、铂龙矿区及鑫峰矿区，位于中华人民共和国（“中国”）山西省太原市古交。其中福昌矿区及辽源矿区全面运行，铂龙矿区在建中，而鑫峰矿区预期于铂龙矿区完成生产后投入生产及金鑫矿区暂时停工。此外，福昌矿区获山西省煤炭工业厅确认为“二级安全生产标准化煤矿”，有效期为自二零二零年七月起三年。 04GREENLEADERHOLDINGSGROUPLIMITED绿领控股集团有限公司 BUSINESSREVIEW(CONTINUED) CoalMiningBusiness(Continued) On10May2021,山西煤炭运销
