For the Period, the Group’srevenue was RMB73,287,000 (same period of 2022: RMB82,891,000),representing a decrease of approximately 11.6% as compared to thesame period of 2022. Such decrease in revenue was primarily attributableto the decrease in investment in the public infrastructure constructionbusiness during the Period. Profit attributable to owners of the Companyamounted to RMB343,000 (same period of 2022: loss attributable toowners of the Company of RMB317,758,000). Such turning around wasprimarily attributable to (among others) the recognition of a net loss ofRMB265,854,000 for an associate accounted for using equity method andthe derecognition of deferred income tax assets of RMB28,982,000 dueto changes in operating environment in the same period of 2022, whichdid not occur during the Period. 二 零 二 三 年 上 半 年，隨 著 疫 情 防 控 的 影 響 逐 步消 除，中 國 經 濟 穩 步 復 蘇，但 仍 處 於 早 期 階 段，內 需 依 然 不 强，企 業 信 心 依 然 有 待 提 升。本 期間， 本 集 團 之 收 益 為 人 民 幣73,287,000元（ 二零 二 二 年 同 期：人 民 幣82,891,000元），較 二 零二 二 年 同 期 下 降 約11.6%，收 益 下 降 的 主 要 原因 為 本 期 間 公 建 建 設 業 務 的 投 資 額 下 降 所 致。本 公 司 擁 有 人 應 佔 溢 利 為 人 民 幣343,000元（二零 二 二 年 同 期：本 公 司 擁 有 人 應 佔 虧 損 人 民 幣317,758,000元），扭 虧 為 盈 的 主 要 原 因（其 中 包括）為：二 零 二 二 年 同 期，本 集 團 對 採 用 權 益 法入 賬 的 聯 營 公 司 確 認 純
