For the Period, theGroup’srevenue was RMB94,464,000(same period of 2024:RMB62,795,000), representing an increase of approximately 50.43% ascompared to the same period of 2024. Such increase in revenue wasprimarilyattributable to the increase in investment in the publicinfrastructure construction business during the Period. The loss attributableto owners of the Company amounted to RMB3,742,000 (same period of2024: profit attributable to owners of the Company RMB1,365,000), theturning from profit to loss was mainly attributable to, among others, thefollowingfactors:during the Period,a provision of approximatelyRMB6,827,000 for impairment losses on trade and other receivables wasmade by the Group in accordance with the aging method, and otherlosses of approximately RMB1,600,000 resulting from the disposal ofsome assets and equipment. Business Review Smart Energy Business The Group’s smart energy business, positioned as comprehensive energyservices for the user side, mainly serves to meet the demands fromcustomers in industrial, commercial and residential sectors as well aspublic institutions. The Group provides its customers with a full range ofsmart energy comprehensive utilisation services based on various energysources including electricity, heat and gas by leveraging on its smartenergy cloud platform with proprietary intellectual property rights, to helpcustomers improve their energy utilisation efficiency and reduce energyconsumption cost, whereby building a diversified, clean and low-carbonenergy supply system.
