Duringthefirsthalfof2024,themainbusinessoftheGroupisbasicallythesameasthatofthesameperiodin2023,mainlyholdingandoperatingsolarpowerplants,andinvestingandoperatingpublicinfrastructureconstructionbusinessofBaodingDonghuproject.ForthePeriod,theGroup’srevenuewasRMB62,795,000(sameperiodof2023:RMB73,287,000),representingadecreaseofapproximately14.3%ascomparedtothesameperiodof2023.Suchdecreaseinrevenuewasprimarilyattributabletothereductionofpowergenerationrevenueduetothenaturaldeclineofsolarpowerplants,andthedecreaseininvestmentinthepublicinfrastructureconstructionbusinessduringthePeriod.TheGroup’sprofitamountedtoRMB750,000(sameperiodof2023:RMB746,000),basicallythesamecomparedwiththesameperiodoflastyear. 综述 截至二零二四年六月三十日止六个月（“本期间”），鑫达投资控股有限公司（“本公司”）及其附属公司（合称“本集团”）的主营业务为智慧能源业务及公建建设业务，并逐步拓展和丰富其他清洁能源业务和投资业务。 二零二四年上半年，本集团主营业务与二零二三年同期基本一致，主要为持有并运营光伏电站，及对保定东湖的公建建设项目进行投资、运营。本期间，本集团之收益为人民币62,795,000元（二零二三年同期：人民币73,287,000元），较二零二三年同期下降约14.3%，收益下降的主要原因为本期间电站自然衰减导致发电收益减少及公建建设项目投资额下降所致；本集团之溢利为人民币750,000元（二零二三年同期：人民币746,000元），与去年同期相比基本持平。 鑫达投资控股有限公司中期报告202405 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis 管理层讨论与分析 BUSINESSREVIEW SmartEnergyBusiness TheGroup’ssmartenergybusiness,positionedascomprehensiveenergyservicesfortheuserside,mainlyservestomeetthedemandsfromcustomersinindustrial,commercialandresidentialsectorsaswellaspublicinstitutions.TheGroupprovidesitscustomerswithafullrangeofsmartenergycomprehensiveutilisationservicesbasedonvariousenergysourcesincludingelectricity,heatandgasbyleveragingonitssmartenergycloudplatformwithproprietaryintellectualpropertyrights,tohelpcustomersimprovetheirenergyutilisationefficiencyandreduceenergyconsumptioncost,wherebybuildingadiversified,cleanandlow-carbonenergysupplysystem.
