Theyearof2021(“2021”orthe“2021Year”)wasadifficultyearfortheGroup.Tradingintheshareshadbeensuspendedwitheffectfrom9:00a.m.on30thApril,2021,pendingthepublicationoftheauditedconsolidatedresultsoftheCompanyforFY2020.Iampleasedtoreportthatalltheresumptionguidance,whichwereimposedontheCompanybytheStockExchangeasdisclosedintheannouncementsoftheCompanydated28thMay,2021and29thNovember,2021,havebeenfulfilledasdisclosedintheannouncementoftheCompanydated17thOctober,2022.TradinginthesharesoftheCompanyhassincebeenresumedat9:00a.m.on18thOctober,2022. 本人谨代表中核国际有限公司（“本公司”）及其附属公司（统称为“本集团”）董事局提呈本集团截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度 （“本年度”）之年度业绩。本人欣然宣布，由于年内销售天然铀及促进天然铀交易所产生的铀贸易收入大幅增加，本集团年内的利润状况获得大幅改善。 二零二一年（“二零二一年”或“二零二一年度”）对本集团而言是艰难的一年。股份已于二零二一年四月三十日上午九时正起暂停买卖，以待刊发本公司二零二零财政年度之经审核综合业绩。本人欣然报告，诚如本公司日期为二零二一年五月二十八日及二零二一年十一月二十九日之公告所披露，本公司已履行联交所对本公司实施之所有复牌指引 （本公司于日期为二零二二年十月十七日之公告中披露）。本公司股份已于二零二二年十月十八日上午九时正恢复买卖。 4CNNCInternationalLimited2022AnnualReport BUSINESS DuringtheYear,theGrouphascontinueditsbusinessoftradingofuraniumproductsinitsnormalandusualcourseofbusiness.TheCompanyhasbeenfocusinganddevelopingitsuraniumproductstradingbusiness,andtoactivelyseekhigh-qualityuraniumresourcesprojects,withintendedfocusonin-productionprojects,tocomplementthedevelopmentofitsparentgroup,aswellastoleverageonthestrengthsoftheparentgroupinthefieldofnuclearenergy.
