EachofTongTaiSchoolandShunDaSchoolarecurrentlyofferingtwotypesofdrivingtrainingcoursesforourtrainees,namelystandardcoursesandpremiumcourses.Standardcoursesaredesignedfortraineeswhowishtocompleteonlypartoftheminimumtraininghoursrequirements.Trainees,whohaveenrolledinourstandardcourses,wishtofulfiltheminimumtraininghoursrequirements,orforotherreasonswishtohavefurthertraining,maysubscribefromtherespectiveschoolforadditionaltrainingservicesonanhourlybasis.PremiumcoursesoffertotraineesdrivingtrainingforanumberoftraininghoursthatisequaltotheminimumtraininghoursrequirementsspecifiedintheDrivingTrainingCurriculum.Ourpremiumcoursescomprisedholidaysandweekendscourses,economycoursesandVIPcourses.OurVIPcoursesforLargeVehiclesprovidedifferentcomplimentarysupportingservicesincludingpick-upservicesand/oraccommodationservices. 业务回顾 我们是一家位于中国河南省驻马店市的驾驶培训服务供应商。我们透过营运附属公司即顺达驾校及通泰驾校提供驾驶培训服务。顺达驾校为于2012年创建及开始营运的一所提供小型车辆驾驶考试备考的驾驶培训服务的合资格二级驾校。通泰驾校是于2014年创建及开始营运的一所提供大型车辆及小型车辆驾驶考试备考的驾驶培训服务的合资格一级驾校。 通泰驾校及顺达驾校目前分别为我们的学员提供两种类型的驾驶培训课程，即标准课程和高级课程。标准课程专为希望完成部分最低培训时间要求的学员而设计。已注册我们标准课程，希望满足最低培训时间要求的学员，如出于其他原因希望接受进一步培训，可以按小时计算向相应学校订购额外培训服务。高级课程为学员提供驾驶培训，其培训时数相当于驾驶培训课程中规定的最低培训时数要求。我们的高级课程包括假期及周末课程、经济课程及VIP课程。我们的大型车辆VIP课程提供不同的免费配套服务，包括接送服务及╱或住宿服务。 Duringthesixmonthsended30June2022,ouroverallnumberofcourseenrolmentsandouroverallnumberoftraineesattendedourdrivingcoursesdeclined.Werecordedanoverallnegativegrowthforboththetotalnumberofcourseenrolmentfor,andthetotalnumberoftraineesattendedon,ourdrivingcoursesforthesixmonthsended30June2022,ascomparingtothatforthecorrespondingperiodin2021.ThisoveralldeteriorationinourbusinessperformanceistheeffectofdecreaseintheactualnumberoftraininghoursprovidedbytheGroupduringthesixmonthsended30June2022duetotravelrestrictionoccasionallyinforceinZhumadianCity,SuipingCounty,causedbysporadicoutbreaksofCOVID-19cases,whichhadtemporarilysuspendedtheentiredrivingtrainingsysteminHenanprovinceandhasanegativeimpactonourbusinessperformanceduringthesixmonthsended30June2022. Ourtotalnumberofcourseenrolmentsforthesixmonthsended30June2022recordedanoveralldecreaseof27.8%from8,097forthesixmonthsended30June2021to5,846.BothTongTaiSchoolandShunDaSchoolmarkednegativegrowthintheoverallnumberofcourseenrolmentsforthesixmonthsended30June2022,ascomparingtothatforsixmonthsended30June2021.ThetotalnumberofcourseenrolmentsofShunDaSchoolamountedto991(sixmonthsended30June2021:2,220),representingasignificantdecreaseofapproximately55.4%.ThetotalnumberofcourseenrolmentsofTongTaiSchoolamountedto4
