Overthepastyear,theGroupadheredtotheguidanceofitsnewstrategicplanningandmadepreciseeffortstosuccessfullycompletethefirstmergeandacquisitiontransactionforcontrollingshareholding.Thescaleofitsindustrialinvestmentassetsincreasedsignificantly,reachingHK$52.2billionbytheendof2022.TheGrouplaidasolidfoundationfortransformingintoaleadingindustrialinvestmentgroup.TheGroupproperlyhandledtherelationshipbetweenexistingandnewinvestmentprojects,transformedthe investmentdevelopmentstrategytoan“investment+investment management”onewithinthelastyear.Owingtotheindustrialadvantages,resourceadvantagesandbrandadvantagesofthecontrollingshareholder,ShandongHi-SpeedGroupCo.,Ltd.,theGroupempowereditscontrollingenterpriseinanall-roundandthree-dimensionalmanner,strivingtoachieveefficientallocationofresourcesandsimultaneousgrowthinvalue.Overtheprecedingyear,allmembersoftheGroup,regardlessofthemanagementandfront-lineunits,workedtogetherandunitedtoseizetheimportantwindowperiodofstrategictransformation.TheGrouptookthepositionasastrivertomakeeveryeffortinallbusinesslines24hoursaday,therebyaccumulatinginvaluableexperienceandenjoyingthejoyofrapidgrowth.
