April-May: •StrictregionalcontrolmeasureswereimplementedinShanghaiforCOVID-19.Undersuchcircumstance,theGroupswiftlysetupadesignatedteamtosafeguardthelivelihoodofthestaff,andhelpthoseinneedtoovercomedifficultiesandhardship. December •ShanghaiSunriseSimcomwithintheGroupprovideddesignandproductionservicesforhandheldintelligenthardwareproductsinthefieldsofretaillogisticsandotherfieldsforawell-knowndomesticenterprise.Ithasbeendeeplyrecognizedbycustomersandbeinggrantedanhonoroffive-yearpartnership. 2SIMTechnologyGroupLimitedAnnualReport2022 3月： •集团旗下集希姆通信息技术（上海）有限公司及上海晨兴希姆通电子科技有限公司（“上海晨兴希姆通”）两家公司通过“2021年度上海市市级企业技术中心评价”，获得良好评价。 4-5月： •上海地区实行严格的新冠防疫区域管控措施，在此情况下，集团迅速组织专班保障员工生活，尽可能帮助有需要的人纾困解难。 5月： •由集团为某客户设计生产的5G大屏公网对讲终端在海外正式发布，并成功入围2022年全球关键通信大奖 （ICCA）。 6月： •集团与全球某支付行业知名企业签订合作协定，为其提供智能终端机产品的设计和代工服务（ODM）。 7月： •集团作为电力行业解决方案服务商，受邀出席第11届中国电力设备状态检测与故障诊断技术高峰论坛，并展示了最新智能AR眼镜研发成果。 8月 •集团推出生物识别（刷脸支付）收银解决方案，获得国内知名互联网客户战略合作机会。 9月： •集团原执行董事兼首席执行官高峻先生因有其他业务安排及工作承担，辞任相关职务。 •集团与日本某品牌客户达成合作，为其定制一款4G通信网络终端项目。 10月 •集团深耕执法记录仪市场，与国内某行业知名客户就4G执法仪项目达成合作，在执法仪领域上实现高、中、低不同檔位产品布局。 12月 •集团旗下上海晨兴希姆通为国内某知名企业提供零售物流等领域手持智能硬件产品的设计与生产服务，获得客户深度认可，授予五年合作伙伴荣誉。 •集团为海外某客户开发的5G智能手机在欧洲、台湾、日本发布，获得广泛好评。 晨讯科技集团有限公司二零二二年年报3 Chairman’sStatement 主席报告 DearShareholders, Onbehalfoftheboard(“Board”)ofdirectors(“Directors”)ofSIMTechnologyGroupLimited(“Company”),IampresentingtheannualresultsoftheCompanyanditssubsidiaries(collectivelyreferredtoasthe“Group”)fortheyearended31December2022(“Year”). FortheYear,theGroupachievedalossattributabletoownersoftheCompanyfromcontinuingoperationsofHK$509.5million(2021:HK$236.6million).ThebasiclosspersharefromcontinuingoperationswasHK23.24cents(2021:HK10.21cents).
