On1May2022,thenewlyrevised“VocationalEducationLawofthePeople’sRepublicofChina*(《中华人民共和国职业教育法》)”wasofficiallyimplemented.Thisisthefirstrevisionof theVocationalEducationLawinthepast26years.Itcarriesgreatsignificanceinestablishingastrongnationofeducation,humanresourcesandaskilledsocietyforournation.Thenewlawtakesmultiplemeasurestopromotetheoperatingofschoolsbyenterprises,clearlystipulatesthatenterprisesshouldplayanimportantroleinrunningschools,promoteenterprisestodeeplyparticipateinvocationaleducation,usecapital,technology,knowledge,facilitiesandotherelementstosetupvocationalschoolsandvocationaltraininginstitutions,andencourageenterprisestoholdhigh-qualityvocationaleducation. Recently,thepromulgationofthevocationaleducationreformplan,thereleaseofthe“OpinionsonPromotingtheHigh-quality DevelopmentofModernVocationalEducation*(《关于推动现代 职业教育高质量发展的意见》)”,andtheimportantrevisionof theVocationalEducationLawshowthatthepartyandthestateattachgreatimportancetovocationaleducationandpromotethereformanddevelopmentofvocationaleducationinanunprecedentedmanner. 报告期间的政策回顾 国家职业教育政策红利不断释放，推动职业教育高质量发展 截至目前，全国职业院校约1.14万所、在校生人数约3,100万名、专任教师总数超过135万人，我国已经创建起世界上规模最大的职业教育体系。职业中等教育、职业高等教育年招生规模、在学规模等均占教育的半壁江山，职业教育每年向社会输送1,000万左右毕业生，每年培训上亿人次。职业教育已成为经济发展、社会进步和民生改善中不可替代、不可或缺的教育类型。 于2022年5月1日，新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》正式实
