This is the fourth standalone sustainability report publishedby OKP Holdings Limited (OKP), following the inauguralreport released in 2023. The current report covers thefinancial year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025).Prior to 2023, the Group’s sustainability initiatives weredisclosed within its annual reports. Since transitioning to astandalone format, the sustainability report has expandedsignificantly in both scope and depth, providing morecomprehensive insights into our efforts. Section 5focuses on GOVERNANCE, which includesreinforcing corporate governance; SGX core ESG metrics(governance); key economic performance indicators;achieving good corporate governance and riskmanagement (Board independence, diversity andperformance; anti-corruption; whistleblowing; cybersecurity;personal data privacy; and risk management summary)and ends with investor relations. REPORTING FRAMEWORK(GRI 2-2, 2-6) Thelast sectionencloses APPENDICES of the TCFDContent Index, GRI Content Index and IFRS S2 ContentIndex. We hope this sustainability report will demonstrateour organisation’s commitment to sustainability and itsefforts to promote ESG aspects. The report has been prepared to comply with SGX-ST ListingRules 711A and 711B and Practice Note 7.6 SustainabilityReporting Guide and according to the Global ReportingInitiative (GRI) Standards 2021. The report also takesreference from relevant IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosurerequirements to enhance climate-related transparency. Italso makes disclosures based on the recommendation ofthe Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures(TCFD) and aligns our organisation’s sustainability initiativeswith the specific United Nations Sustainable DevelopmentGoals (UN SDGs). In FY2025, the Group conducted aninitial qualitative and quantitative scenario analysis toassess the potential impact of identified climate-relatedrisks on its business. These disclosures also take referencefrom the IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosure requirements,which build on the TCFD framework. REPORTING SCOPE (GRI 2-2, 2-3, 2-4) This report covers the performance of our consolidatedentities for the financial year from 1 January 2025 to31 December 2025. It focuses on the sustainabilityperformance and initiatives that are under our directoperational control in Singapore and Australia. Thisreport excludes joint ventures and associate companies,which are not directly under our control, unless otherwisestated. It covers our construction and maintenancesegments in Singapore. There were no major changesto OKP’s business sectors and value chain during thereporting period. The report contains no restatement. This sustainability report covers the Environmental, Socialand Governance (ESG) aspects. The ESG content ispresented in six sections concluding with appendices. ASSURANCE (GRI 2-5) Section 1highlights our Group’s vision and mission, ourstrategy and guiding principles, our corporate profile,and our Chairman’s message. The Group is committed to upholding high standardsof accuracy and transparency in reporting. In FY2025,TEMBUSU Asia Pte Ltd was engaged to conduct anindependent third-party assurance of the SustainabilityReport for FY2025 in accordance with the InternationalStandard on Sustainability Assurance (ISSA 5000).
