We serve these five industry segmentsunder seven school brands, namely New East Culinary Education,Cuisine Academy, Omick Education of Western Cuisine and Pastry,Xinhua Internet Technology Education, Wisezone Data TechnologyEducation, Wontone Automotive Education and On-mind Fashionand Beauty Education. As of 30 June 2025, we operated 234schools and centers with 152,817 average number of studentsenrolled and customers registered for the six months ended 30June 2025. AnhuiXinhua Computer Institute was appointed by the Ministryof Human Resources and Social Security of the People’sRepublic of China (the “PRC”) (the “Ministry of HumanResources and Social Security”) to organize the“Developing Talent with New Skills for China New Project”and “Four New Talent Development Plan”. New East Culinary Education was elected as astanding council member of the China HospitalityAssociation in the first election of the fourth councilmeeting of the China Hospitality Association. 40 The number of our schools in operation reached 71, andwe expanded our business to Hong Kong.71 The number of our schools in operation reached 90.We founded Omick Education of Western Cuisine andPastry to offer high-quality western-style cateringeducation. Wefounded Cuisine Academy to provide customizedcatering experience to customers who are interested incooking or plan to establish their own businesses in thecatering industry.
