While working at the International Data Corporation, I leveragedtechnology to morph a week-long task into a few short hours bywriting Excel macros, illustrating the power of software to optimiseoperations. This experience thrust me into the unfolding narrative ofmobile devices. Here, I encountered the XDA, a forebear of today'ssmartphones,and the iPod,a device that would redefine ourinteraction with music. In 2007, I held myfirst iPhone. The sleek device in my palm hinted ata paradigm shift in personal technology. A decade later, the world ofRobotic Process Automation (RPA) opened up before me, during aconversation at a KPMG dinner. This encounter led to co-founding acompanydedicated to transforming the way businesses operatethrough process automation. The year 2022 marked my initiation into the realm of AI writingassistants.Discovering these potent tools was akin to a closeencounter with a new species of intelligence, the likes of whichhumankind had never seen.
