MarbleSlag MarbleslagisproducedinthecourseofstrippingoverburdenatZhangjiabamineandbycrushingthecrackedmarblestones.Marbleslagisarawmaterialfortheproductionofgroundcalciumcarbonate(the“GCC”)whichiswidelyusedinproductionofmanydailyproducts,suchasconstructionmaterials,paper,plastic,paints,etc.TheGroupsellsmarbleslagstotheGCCmanufactureswhichareclosetotheZhangjiabamine. Chinaeconomyisshowingsignsofrecoveryamidcontinuedeffortstoboostdomesticdemandandtacklethepropertymarketslump.However,anumberoffactors.suchasgeopolitics,internationaltradefrictions,andsupplychainrebalancing,arestillatplaywhichmayaffectthepaceofrecovery.TheCompanybelievesthatdemandinmarbleslaghasbottomedoutanditwouldregistersteadygrowthintheyear.Duringthesixmonthsended30June2024(“HY2024”),revenueattributabletomarbleslagbusinesswasapproximatelyRMB27.7million,representinganincreaseofapproximatelyRMB13.3millionor91.7%ascomparedtoapproximatelyRMB14.4millionforthesixmonthsended30June2023(“HY2023”).TheincreasewasprimarilyduetoanincreaseindomesticconsumptiondemandinChina.TheCompanybelievesthattheweakglobaldemand,geographictensionandlosingconfidenceinthepropertymarketwouldcontinuetocastashadowontheeconomicrecoveryofChina.TheCompanywillstayvigilantamidtheever-changingmacro-environment. 业务回顾 中国金石矿业控股有限公司（“本公司”）连同其附属公司（“本集团”）主要在中华人民共和国（“中国”）从事大理石矿渣的生产及销售。本集团拥有并经营中国境内一座米黄色大理石矿山，即位于中国四川省江油市香水乡镇江村的张家坝矿山。 大理石矿渣 大理石矿渣是在张家坝矿山覆盖层剥采过程中通过压碎破裂大理石产生。大理石矿渣是生产重质碳酸钙的原材料，而重质碳酸钙被广泛用于生产建筑材料、纸张、塑料、油漆等多种日常产品。本集团将大理石矿渣售予张家坝矿山附近的重质碳酸钙制造商。 通过不断努力拉动内需，积极应对房地产市场的低迷表现，中国经济呈现出复苏迹象。然而，地缘政治、国际贸易摩擦及供应链的重整平衡等一系列因素仍有可能影响复苏的步伐。本公司相信大理石矿渣的需求已经见底，并将在年内录得稳定增长。于截至2024年6月30日止六个月（“2024年上半年”），大理石矿渣业务的收入约为人民币27,700,000元，较截至2023年6月30日止六个月 （“2023年上半年”）约人民币14,400,000元增加约人民币13,300,000元或91.7%。收入增加主要是由于中国国内消费需求增加。本公司认为，全球需求疲弱、地缘紧张局势及对房地产市场丧失信心将继续为中国经济复苏蒙上阴影。本公司将在瞬息万变的宏观环境中保持警惕。 FoodBrandBusiness TheGroupoperatesafoodbrandbusinessforservingready-to-cookmealkitsintheUnitedKingdom(“UK”).TheGroup,atfirst,servedthefoodwhichwerepreparedoutofthefranchisedrestaurantwiththeGroup’srecipeandsoldthematthefooddeliveryplatform.However,sinceyear2023,theGrouphaschangedtacktoservetheready-to-cookmealkitspreparedoutofitsowncentralkitchenthroughaclick-and-mortardistributionchannel.TheGrouphasitsownwebsiteonwww.celeplate.co.uktoaccepttheUKcustomerstoplaceordersonlineandtheGroupalsosellsthemealkitsintheretailingstoresandsupermarkets.TheGroupnowhasitsownbrandsof“Celep
