MarbleSlagsandCalciumCarbonateBusiness MarbleslagsareproducedinthecourseofstrippingoverburdenatZhangjiabamineandbycrushingthecrackedmarblestones.Marbleslagisarawmaterialfortheproductionofgroundcalciumcarbonate(the“GCC”).TheGroupsellsthemarbleslagstotheGCCmanufactureswhichareclosetotheZhangjiabamine. TheuncertaintyaboutChina’seconomyisrisinganditappearsalackofconfidenceinChina’seconomicgrowthhasbeenspreading.Themuch-anticipatedsolidgrowthinthepost-coronavirusrecoverydidnotmaterialize.TheoutlookissetformoreweaknessamidgeopoliticaltensionswiththeUnitedStatesandslowingglobaldemand.TheCompanybelievesthedemandinmarbleslagsasoneofwidelyusedrawmaterialswouldfallfurtherinsecondhalfyearamidtheweakeconomicmomentuminChinaandslowingglobaleconomywhichwouldlikelyputfurtherpressureonexternaldemand.Duringthesixmonthsended30June2023(“HY2023”),revenueattributabletomarbleslagsbusinesswasapproximatelyRMB14.4million,representingadecreaseofapproximatelyRMB11.1millionor43.4%ascomparedtoapproximatelyRMB25.5millionforthesixmonthsended30June2022(“HY2022”).ThedecreasewasprimarilyduetotheweakdemandingoodsandserviceresultingfromthattheChinaeconomyhasbeenhitbyadoublewhammyfalteringdemandatdomesticandabroadwiththerippleeffectsacrosstheregions.TheGroupbelievestheweakdomesticandglobaldemandwilllastastretchoftimeandthebusinessgrowthinmarbleslagswillslowdowninforthcomingtheseyears. TheGrouphascontinuedtofindawaytorollouttheGCCbusinessplan.TheGroupbelievesthatitownsrichmarbleresourcesthatcanextractedfromtheZhangjiabaMine,whichgivesitacompetitiveadvantagetodeveloptheGCCbusiness.Inviewofthegoodfuturebusinessopportunities,theGroupwillcontinuetoattempttolookforcooperationpartnerstoembarktheGCCbusinessplan.GiventhatthecurrentnegativemarketsentimentfortheexpansionoradditionalinvestmentinthebusinessfortheGCCoperators,theCompanywouldnotpre-setthetimelinetoimplementtheexpansionplanoftheGCCbusiness. 业务回顾 中国金石矿业控股有限公司（“本公司”）连同其附属公司（“本集团”）主要在中华人民共和国（“中国”）从事大理石及大理石相关产品的生产及销售。本集团拥有并经营中国境内一座米黄色大理石矿山，即位于中国四川省江油市香水乡镇江村的张家坝矿山。 大理石矿渣及碳酸钙业务 大理石矿渣是在张家坝矿山覆盖层剥采过程中通过压碎破裂大理石产生。大理石矿渣是生产重质碳酸钙的原材料。本集团将大理石矿渣售予张家坝矿山附近的重质碳酸钙制造商。 中国经济的不确定性持续加大，对中国经济增长缺乏信心的情绪似乎在蔓延。新冠疫情过后经济并未出现备受期待的的强劲增长。在与美国的地缘政治紧张局势及全球需求放缓的背景下，前景更显黯淡。本公司认为，由于中国经济增长势头疲软及全球经济放缓很可能会对外部需求造成进一步压力，大理石矿渣作为用途广泛的原材料之一，其需求于下半年可能会进一步下降。截至2023年6月30日止六个月（“2023年上半年”），大理石矿渣业务收入约为人民币14,400,000元，较截至2022年6月30日止六
