Forthesixmonthsended30June2024(the“ReportingPeriod”),revenuewasapproximatelyRMB615.5million,whichrepresentedadecreaseofapproximatelyRMB1,403.2million,or69.5%whencomparedtorevenueofapproximatelyRMB2,018.7millionforthesixmonthsended30June2023(the“LastPeriod”). TheoveralldecreaseinrevenuewasmainlyattributabletothedecreaseinrevenuegeneratedfromourPropertyDevelopmentandInvestmentssegment.DuringtheLastPeriod,oneoftheprojectofBaohuaPropertiesDevelopment(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd(“BaohuaShanghai”)whichwaspledgedtosecurealoanwereenforcedtojudicialauctionandtheentireprojectwassoldforaconsiderationofapproximatelyRMB2,170.0millionandresultedinoneoffrevenueofRMB1,299.3millionwasrecognisedintheLastPeriodandnosuchrevenueintheReportingPeriod,theGroupdidnotinvestoracquirenewpropertyprojectsduringtheReportingPeriodandtheGroup’sprimarilyfocusistodisposeofpropertyassetsforrepaymentofdebt. MeanwhileTradingandLogisticssegmentandPrintingsegmentcontinuetobethekeysegmentswhichgeneraterevenueofapproximatelyRMB422.1million(theLastPeriod:approximatelyRMB485.0million)andapproximatelyRMB160.2million(LastPeriod:approximatelyRMB199.2million).DecreaseinrevenueofourTradingandLogisticssegmentwasduetochangeinproductmixtoconcentrateresourcesontradingofpetrochemicalproductswithhigherprofitmargin.Decreaseinrevenueofprintingbusinesswasduetostrictinventorycontrolimplementedbycertainmajorcustomerswhodeferredordersforourprintingproducts. 业务回顾 中国华君集团有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司为“本集团”）为一间投资控股公司。本集团从事三项核心业务，即(i)印刷；(ii)贸易及物流及(iii)物业开发及投资。 截至二零二四年六月三十日止六个月（“报告期间”），收益约为人民币615.5百万元，较截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月（“上期”）的收益约人民币2,018.7百万元减少约人民币1,403.2百万元或69.5%。 收益的整体减少主要归因于物业开发及投资分部所得收益减少。上期，保华房地产开发（上海）有限公司（“保华上海”）为担保贷款而抵押的一个项目已被强制进行司法拍卖，全部项目以代价约人民币2,170.0百万元出售并导致上期确认一次性收益人民币1,299.3百万元且报告期间并无确认有关收益，本集团于报告期间并无投资或收购新物业项目且本集团的重中之重为出售物业资产以偿还债务。 同时，贸易及物流分部以及印刷分部持续为关键分部，其产生收益约人民币422.1百万元（上期：约人民币485.0百万元）及约人民币160.2百万元（上期：约人民币199.2百万元）。贸易及物流分
