Forthesixmonthsended30June2022(the“ReportingPeriod”),revenuewasapproximatelyRMB878.7million,whichrepresentedadecreaseofapproximatelyRMB706.2million,or44.6%ifcomparedtorevenueofapproximatelyRMB1,584.9millionforthesixmonthsended30June2021(the“LastPeriod”). TheoveralldecreaseinrevenuewasattributabletothedecreaseinrevenuegeneratedfromourPropertyDevelopmentandInvestmentssegmentandTradingandLogisticssegment.Duringtheyearended 31December2021,thePRCgovernmentimplementedseveralpoliciestocooldowntheoverheatinginthepropertymarketandassuch,China’spropertymarketwoesarelikelytoworsenduringtheReportingPeriodwithpricesremainingflatandsalesandinvestmentfallingfurther,whiletighterandwidespreadCOVID-19curbsweighonstillfragiledemanddespitemorepolicyeasing.Theseseveralfactorsarecausingtheoutlookforthepropertymarkettoremainbleakinthefirsthalfoftheyearandforthewholeof2022. DuringtheReportingPeriod,COVID-19epidemicremainedsevereandthePRCgovernmentimposedstringentquarantinepoliciestowholecountry,creatingadifficultchallengetotheTradingandLogisticsegment,thustherevenueofTradingandLogisticrecordedadecreaseofapproximatelyRMB309.2million,or35.7%ifcomparedtorevenueofapproximatelyRMB866.2millionfortheLastPeriod. TheGroupgeneratedmostofitsrevenuefromTradingandLogisticssegmentwhichaccountedapproximately63.4%(theLastPeriod:approximately54.7%)ofthetotalrevenuefollowedbyPrintingsegmentwhichaccountedforapproximately29.3%(LastPeriod:approximately15.4%)ofthetotalrevenue. 业务回顾 中国华君集团有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司为“本集团”）为一间投资控股公司。本集团从事五项核心业务，即(i)印刷；(ii)贸易及物流；(iii)物业开发及投资；(iv)太阳能光伏；及(v)融资服务。 截至二零二二年六月三十日止六个月（“报告期间”），收益约为人民币878.7百万元，较截至二零二一年六月三十日止六个月（“上期”）的收益约人民币1,584.9百万元减少约人民币706.2百万元或44.6%。 收益的整体减少归因于物业开发及投资分部以及贸易及物流分部所得收益减少。截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度，中国政府实施多项政策抑制过热的房地产市场，因此，于报告期间中国房地产市场的困境可能进一步恶化，房价将保持平稳，而销售及投资将进一步下降，而更严格和广泛的COVID-19限制措施对仍然脆弱的需求造成压力，尽管政策变得
