BUSINESSREVIEW Lookingbackattheyearpast,afterthepandemicravagingallovertheworldformorethan3years,HongKongandthePeople’sRepublicofChina(the“PRC”)hasfinallygonebacktonormal.However,therecoveryofglobaleconomy,includingHongKongandthedomesticeconomyofthePRCremainchallengingduetotherisetensionofthegeographicalpolitics,changeofpoliciesfromdifferentnationsandthedownturnofthehousingandequitymarketinHongKongandthePRC,whichhasgreatlyaffectedtheconfidenceofthecustomersininvestingandthedesireinconsuming. Nevertheless,theGroupenhanceditseffortsinbusinessadjustmentandtransformation,andgavegreaterfocusonnewdevelopmentstrategies,whichalloweditselftostrikeabalancebetweentheexistingbusinessandtodevelopnewbusinessopportunities. Duringtheyearended31March2024,theGrouphasrecordedtotalrevenuefromcontinuingoperationsofapproximatelyHK$8.0millionandlossattributabletotheShareholdersoftheCompanyfromcontinuingoperationsofapproximatelyHK$35.6millionwhichrepresented86.8%decreaseand4,068.9%decrease,respectively,ascomparedtothecorrespondingperiodin2023. PROSPECTS Inordertocopewiththeever-changingexternalenvironment,theCompanyplanstoconsolidateitsresourceandfocusontheexistingbusinesses,atthesametimekeepexploringfornewprofitdrivers.Lookingahead,webelievethatthedomesticeconomyinthePRCandHongKongisgraduallyrecovering,whilemovingalongthepathtonormalcy,inparticularthegovernmentofthePRCandHongKongintroducedcertainincentivesandpromotionstostimulateeconomy,weremainoptimisticontheGroup’slong-termprospects. Digitaleconomyandintellectualeconomyhavebecomethesocioeconomicdevelopmentdirection,andtheITindustryisnowundermininghowbusinessesarebeingpromotedanddevelopedmorethanever.TheGroupwishestofocusonthedevelopmentofourexistingITSolutionBusiness,whileexploringbusinessopportunitiestoopenupnewhorizons. 尊敬的各位股东： 本人谨代表民商创科控股有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司，统称“本集团”）董事会（“董事会”）呈报本集团截至2024年3月31日止年度的年度业绩，连同截至2023年3月31日止年度的比较资料。 业务回顾 回顾去年，肆虐全球三年多的疫情过后，香港及中华人民共和国（“中国”）终于回复正常。然而，香港及中国国内经济等全球经济复苏因地缘政治紧张局势上升、不同国家政策变化以及香港及中国房地产及股票市场低迷而持续面临挑战，极大地影响客户的投资信心及消费欲望。 尽管形势如此，本集团加大业务调整及转型力度，并进一步聚焦新的发展战略，令其在现有业务和发展新商机之间取得平衡。
