BUSINESSREVIEW 2021–22wasanotheryearfullofchallengesandunpredictability.TheglobaleconomicoutlookremainsuncertainasaresultoftheprolongedCoronavirusDisease2019(“COVID-19”)pandemic.InresponsetotherecurrentoutbreakofCOVID-19invariousprovinces/cities,stringentanti-epidemicandpreventionmeasureswereimplementedbythegovernmentofthePeople’sRepublicofChina(the“PRC”)andHongKong,whichhaveadverselyimpactedthesupplychaininthePRCandthefoodandbeverageindustryinHongKong.Nevertheless,theGroupenhanceditseffortsinbusinessadjustmentandtransformation,andgavegreaterfocusonnewdevelopmentstrategies,whichalloweditselftostrikeabalancebetweentheoriginalrestaurantoperationsandotherinvestmentsintheGroup. Duringtheyearended31March2022,theGrouphasrecordedtotalrevenueofHK$910.3millionandlossattributabletotheShareholdersoftheCompanyofapproximatelyHK$6.0millionwhichrepresented42.6%and123.6%decreaserespectivelyascomparedtothecorrespondingperiodin2021. 尊敬的各位股东： 本人谨代表民商创科控股有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司，统称“本集团”）董事会（“董事会”）呈报本集团截至2022年3月31日止年度的年度业绩，连同截至2021年3月31日止年度的比较资料。 业务回顾 2021–22年又是充满挑战及不可预测性的一年。由于2019冠状病毒病（“2019冠状病毒病”）疫情持续，全球经济前景仍不明朗。为应对2019冠状病毒病在各省╱市的反复爆发，中华人民共和国（“中国”）及香港政府实施严格的抗疫及防疫措施，这对中国的供应链及香港的餐饮业造成不利影响。尽管形势如此，本集团加大业务调整及转型力度，并进一步聚焦新的发展战略，令其在本身的餐厅经营业务和本集团其他投资之间取得平衡。 于截至2022年3月31日止年度，本集团已录得总收益910.3百万港元及本公司股东应占亏损约6.0百万港元，分别较2021年同期减少42.6%及 123.6%。 4 MinshangCreativeTechnologyHoldingsLimited AnnualReport2022 Chairman’sStatement 主席报告 PROSPECTS Inordertocopewiththeever-changingexternalenvironmentandalleviatetheincreasinglyseverepressureonprofitability,theCompanyplanstoconsolidatingitsresourceandfocusontheexistingbusinesses,atthesametimekeepexploringfornewprofitdrivers.
