BUSINESSREVIEW In2022–23,theexternaleconomicenvironmentremainsfullofuncertainties,factorssuchasongoingoutbreakofCOVID-19pandemic,supplychaindisruption,risingofoperationalcostshavebroughtunprecedentedchallengestotheGroup’soperations.Nevertheless,theGroupenhanceditseffortsinbusinessadjustmentandtransformation,andgavegreaterfocusonnewdevelopmentstrategies,whichalloweditselftostrikeabalancebetweentheexistingbusinessandtodevelopnewbusinessopportunities. Duringtheyearended31March2023,theGrouphasrecordedtotalrevenueofapproximatelyHK$106.6millionandlossattributabletotheShareholdersoftheCompanyofapproximatelyHK$1.4millionwhichrepresented88.3%decreaseand77.4%decrease,respectively,ascomparedtothecorrespondingperiodin2022. PROSPECTS Inordertocopewiththeever-changingexternalenvironmentandalleviatetheincreasinglyseverepressureonprofitability,theCompanyplanstoconsolidatingitsresourceandfocusontheexistingbusinesses,atthesametimekeepexploringfornewprofitdrivers. Lookingahead,webelievethatthedomesticeconomyinthePRCandHongKongisgraduallyrecovering,whilemovingalongthepathtonormalcy,inparticularthegovernmentofthePRCandHongKongintroducedcertainincentivesandpromotionstostimulateeconomy,weremainoptimisticontheGroup’slong-termprospects. Digitaleconomyandintellectualeconomyhavebecomethesocio-economicdevelopmentdirection,andtheITindustryisnowundermininghowbusinessesarebeingpromotedanddevelopedmorethanever.Goingforward,theGroupwishestofocusitsresourcesandfinancethedevelopmentoftheITsolutionbusinesswhichmayhaveagreatergrowthpotentialandaligntoitsstrategiccorporategoaltodiversifyintointegratede-commercebusiness. 尊敬的各位股东： 本人谨代表民商创科控股有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司，统称“本集团”）董事会（“董事会”）呈报本集团截至2023年3月31日止年度的年度业绩，连同截至2022年3月31日止年度的比较资料。 业务回顾 在2022至23年，外部经济环境仍然充满不确定性，COVID-19疫情的持续爆发、供应链的中断、运营成本的上升等因素都给本集团的运营带来了前所未有的挑战。尽管形势如此，本集团加大业务调整及转型力度，并进一步聚焦新的发展战略，令其在现有业务和发展新商机之间取得平衡。 于截至2023年3月31日止年度，本集团已录得总收益约106.6百万港元及本公司股东应占亏损约1.4百万港元，分别较2022年同期减少88.3%及减少77.4%。 前景 为应对快速变化的外部环境，
