RESULTSFORTHEFINANCIALYEARENDED31MARCH2024 Fortheyearended31March2024,theGroupachievedrevenueofHK$1,612.7million,representinganincreaseofapproximately30.8%comparedwiththepreviousfinancialyear(2023:HK$1,232.8million).ThisincreasewasmainlyfromConstructionDivision.TheconsolidatedlossattributabletoownersoftheCompanywasHK$216.0million(2023:lossofHK$38.4million).Thenetlossismainlyduetotherevaluationlossofinvestmentpropertiesandwrite-downofpropertiesunderdevelopmentforsaleheldbytheGroupandjointventuresofapproximatelyHK$187.4milliontogetherwiththeinterestexpensesofapproximatelyHK$65.6millionasaresultofincreaseininterestrateandsothedownturninthepropertymarket. Thebasiclosspershareandthedilutedlosspersharefortheyearended31March2024wereHK19.9centsandHK19.9centsrespectively.ThebasiclosspershareandthedilutedlosspershareforthelastyearwereHK3.5centsandHK3.5centsrespectively.
