Loss per share based on1,946,314,108ordinary shares in issue amounted toHK$0.32 cents (2023: HK$1.11 cents). DIVIDEND The Board has resolved not to recommend the paymentof any final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2024(2023: HK$Nil). 董 事 會 已 議 決 不 建 議 派 發 截 至2024年3月31日止年度的任何末期股息（2023年：無）。 REVIEW OF OPERATIONS For the year ended 31 March 2024, the Group recordedconsolidated revenue of approximately HK$49.6 million,representingan increase of approximately HK$4.4million or 9.7% from last year’s consolidated revenue ofapproximately HK$45.2 million. The net loss for the yearamounted to approximately HK$6.2 million compared tolast year’s net loss of approximately HK$21.6 million. 截 至2024年3月31日 止 年 度，本 集 團 錄 得綜 合 收 入 約49,600,000港 元，較 去 年 綜 合收 入 約45,200,000港 元 增 加 約4,400,000港 元 或9.7%。本 年 度 淨 虧 損 約6,200,000港元，而去年的淨虧損約21,600,000港元。 Restaurant Operation in Hong Kong TheGroup is mainly engaged in the operation ofChinese restaurants in Hong Kong which specialises inChiuChow cuisine.The improvement in revenue wasmainlyattributable to the double-digit growth inturnoverin the first half of the financial year as thebusinessrebounded from a low base last year.Therestaurant business improved following the easing of theCOVID-19 situation and the progressive relaxation of thesocial distancing measures since the beginning of 2023.In addition, the resumption of local and overseas tourshadbrought a positive impact on the corporate andtourist businesses.
