ABOUT CR POWER關於華潤電力 華潤電力控股有限公司（「本公司」或「華潤電力」）主要在中國投資、開發、運營和管理風電場、光伏電站、水電站及其他清潔及可再生能源項目和燃煤發電廠。業務還涉及分佈式能源、售電、智慧能源及煤炭等領域。 China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited (the“Company”or“CR Power”) mainly invests, develops, operates and manageswind farms, photovoltaic power plants, hydro-electric power plantsand other clean and renewable energy projects and coal-fired powerplants in China. Its business also covers distributed energy, powersales, intelligent energy, coal mining, and other areas. 於2023年12月31日，華潤電力旗下運營47座 燃 煤 發 電 廠、183座 風 電 場、123座光 伏 電 站、28座 水 電 站 和5座 燃 氣 發 電廠。本 公 司 的 合 計 運 營 權 益 裝 機 容 量 為59,764兆瓦，其中27.8%位於華中地區，26.1%位於華東地區，15.8%位於華南地區，13.8%位 於 華 北 地 區，7.0%位 於 西北地區，4.9%位於西南地區以及4.6%位於東北地區。風電、水電及光伏發電運營權 益 裝 機 容 量 合 共22,597兆 瓦，佔 總 運營權益裝機容量約37.8%。 As at 31 December 2023, CR Power had 47 coal-fired power plants,183 wind farms, 123 photovoltaic power plants, 28 hydro-electricpower plants and 5 gas-fired power plants in commercial operations.Its total attributable operational generation capacity was 59,764MW,with 27.8% of its capacity located in Central China, 26.1% inEastern China, 15.8% in Southern China, 13.8% in Northern China,7.0% in Northwestern China, 4.9% in Southwestern China and4.6% in Northeastern China. Its attributable operational generationcapacity in wind, hydro-electric and photovoltaic powerin aggregate,amounted to 22,597MW, accounting for approximately 37.8% of itstotal attributable operational generation capacity.
