关于华润电力 ABOUTCRPOWER ChinaResourcesPowerHoldingsCo.,Limited(the“Company”or“CR 华润电力控股有限公司（“本公司”或“华润电 Power”)mainlyinvests,develops,operatesandmanageswindfarms,photovoltaicpowerplants,hydro-electricpowerplantsandothercleanandrenewableenergyprojectsandcoal-firedpowerplantsinChina.Itsbusinessalsocoversdistributedenergy,powersales,intelligentenergy,coalmining,andotherareas. Asat31December2022,CRPowerhad42coal-firedpowerplants, 159windfarms,38photovoltaicpowerplants,2hydroelectricpowerplantsand5gas-firedpowerplantsincommercialoperations.Itstotalattributableoperationalgenerationcapacitywas52,581MW,with28.7%ofitscapacitylocatedinCentralChina,26.9%inEasternChina,15.5%inSouthernChina,14.7%inNorthernChina,5.8%inNorthwesternChina,5.0%inNortheasternChinaand3.4%inSouthwesternChina.Itsattributableoperationalgenerationcapacityinwind,hydro-electricandphotovoltaicpowercombined,amountedto17,004MW,accountingforapproximately32.3%ofitstotalattributableoperationalgenerationcapacity. CRPowerhasbeenselected,forthreeconsecutiveyears,asaconstituentoftheHangSengESG50IndexandtheHangSengCorporateSustainabilityBenchmarkIndex(“HSSUSB”)since7September2020.
