Givaudan UK's gender pay gap report, published in March 2022, compares the average pay and bonuses for men and women across the company. The report shows that women are more likely to be in low paid or part-time roles and less likely to be in senior leadership positions that pay more. However, it does not mean that people are not being paid equally and fairly for doing the same job. Givaudan is committed to promoting women into more senior and higher paid roles to redress the balance. The company also aims to increase the representation of high growth market nationalities and women in managerial positions, and produces analytics to track progress in this regard.
