The Reportfocuses on the sustainability performance of our headquarters,managed properties and construction sites in Hong Kong, andhotels under The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts in Hong Kong,Singapore and Sydney. 本報告依循全球報告倡議組織（「GRI」）於2021年修訂的《可持續發展報告標準》及GRI G4《建築及房地產行業披露》編撰，同時亦根據《香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則》（「香港交易所」）附錄27《環 境、社 會 及 管 治 報 告 指 引》的 要 求、世 界 經 濟論壇（「WEF」）《持份者資本指標》，以及可持續發展會計準則委員會（「SASB」）有關房地產行業的標準匯報。此外，我們的氣候行動乃根據氣候相關財務信息披露工作組（「TCFD」）的建議披露。作為《聯合國全球契約》的簽署企業，我們亦披露如何實踐契約中十項環境、社會和道德規範原則的相關資訊。 This Report has been prepared in accordance with the GlobalReporting Initiative (“GRI”) Standards, which were updated in 2021,and in conjunction with the GRI G4 Construction and Real EstateSector disclosures. It also addresses the requirements outlined inthe Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Guide underAppendix 27 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities onThe Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“HKEX ESG ReportingGuide”), the World Economic Forum (“WEF”) Stakeholder CapitalismMetrics and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (“SASB”)Standard for the Real Estate sector. In addition, our climate actionsare disclosed with reference to the Task Force on Climate-relatedFinancial Disclosures (“TCFD”) recommendations. The Report is also prepared with reference tothe International Sustainability Standards Board’s (“ISSB”) new IFRSS1 General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-relatedFinancial Information and IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosurespublished in June 2023. Methodologies and reporting scope adoptedfor the preparation of this Report are consistent with previous yearsunless otherwise stated. The Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agencywas engaged to conduct independent assurance of this Report; theExternal Verification Statement can be found onp.272-273.
