OurLifestyleEntertainmentSegmenthasfacedsignificantchallengesduetothechangeinmacro-economicenvironmentandsocialpreferences,aftertheCovid-19pandemic.DespitetheCompany’seffortsinimplementingvariousstrategicchanges,thesegmenthassufferedfromchangesincustomerbehaviorsandpreferences,asmanypotentialcustomershaveswitchedtoonlineentertainmentoptions,alternativevenuesorcross-borderattractions.Withtheeconomicdownturnandchangeinconsumerattitude,theperformanceofthissegmenthasshownnosignificantimprovementcomparedtotheCovid-19pandemicperiod.Hence,duringthischallengingperiod,theGroupperformancehaslargelysupportedbyitspropertymanagementsegment. 业务回顾 奥克斯国际控股有限公司（“本公司”）及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）之主要业务为(i)于香港经营会所、餐厅及酒吧门市业务（“生活娱乐分部”）”）；(ii)于中华人民共和国（“中国”）提供物业管理服务（“物业管理分部”）；及(iii)于中国提供物业管理相关增值服务（“物业管理相关增值服务”）。 由于Covid-19疫情后宏观经济环境及社会倾向产生变化，生活娱乐分部面临重大挑战。尽管本公司致力实施各种策略调整，但该分部仍受到客户行为及喜好转变的影响（由于许多潜在客户已转投网上娱乐活动、其他场所或出游外地以及经济低迷所致）。随着经济低迷及消费者习惯改变，该分部业绩与Covid-19疫情期间相比没有显着改善。因此，于该段具挑战性的时期，本集团的业绩主要来自其物业管理业务的贡献。 InterimReport2023中期报告5 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis 管理层讨论与分析 Asacomplexpropertymanagementserviceprovider,theGroupprovidescompleteservicesinrelationtovarioustypesofproperties,includingmediumtohigh-endresidentialpropertiesandnon-residentialpropertiessuchasclassAofficebuildings,commercialcomplexes,hospitalsandindustrialparks.
