BusinessReviewandOutlook BusinessReview Sincethebeginningofthisyear,astheimpactoftheCOVID-19pandemicgraduallysubsided,leadingtoaslowrecoveryinthedomesticeconomy.Drivenbyfavourablepolicies,andsuperimposedonthepreviousmarketdemandbacklogreleaseandotherfactors,duringthefirstquarterthemarketsawaminorreboundmarketinthehotspotcity,andtheindustrywasledintoaweakrecovery,butwiththepreviousbacklogofdemandreleasecompleted,thedemandquicklydeclinedandtherelevantpolicieswerenotasstrongasexpected,theoverallmarketfailedtocontinuethewarmingtrend.Residents’weakincomeexpectations,strongexpectationsoffallinghouseprices,andhomebuyers’worriesaboutthepoorperformanceofthepropertycompletionarestillthekeytotheproblem. Duetofactorssuchasthemacroeconomicenvironment,thedownturnintherealestateindustryandthestilltightfinancingenvironment,theCompany’scontractsalesfellsharplyduringtheReportingPeriod,andonlycompletedRMB148.1millionandthecontractsalesareaofapproximately6,882squaremeters. RevenueduringtheReportingPeriodwasapproximatelyRMB1,136.9million,representingadecreaseof4.7%comparedwiththesameperiodin2022.Grossprofitinthefirsthalfof2023wasapproximatelyRMB130.2million,representingadecreaseof34.1%comparedwiththesameperiodin2022.Asaresultofthedecreaseingrossmarginondelivery,theincreaseinvaluationlossesoninvestmentpropertiesandtheincreaseinfinancingexpensesduringtheReportingPeriod,alossofapproximatelyRMB1,132.7millionwasrecognizedduringtheReportingPeriod. Withthereiterationofrealestateasa“pillarindustryofthenationaleconomy”,“ensuringthedeliveryofbuildings”remainsthetoppriorityofthisyear’stheme.Duringtheperiodunderreview,theGroupcompleted556,498squaremetresofgrossfloorarea,representinganincreaseof94.2%overthesameperiodin2022.AlthoughtheCompanywasfacingliquidityproblems,ithasbeendoingitsbesttoensurethedeli
