Inrespectofthedomesticeconomy,stimulatedbyaseriesofeconomicmeasurestakenbythecentralgovernment,thegrossdomesticproduct(GDP)growthinthefirsthalfof2023amountedto5.5%.Inrespectofrealestatesales,accordingtotheNationalBureauofStatisticsofthePRC,thetotalsalesofcommercialpropertiesinthePRCinthefirsthalfof2023amountedtoRMB6.31trillion,representingaperiod-on-periodincreaseof1.1%;andthesalesareawas0.595billionsquaremeters,representingaperiod-on-perioddecreaseof5.3%.Intermsofinvestmentinrealestatedevelopment,investmentamountedtoRMB5.86trillion,representingaperiod-on-perioddecreaseof7.9%;theareaofnewconstructionwas0.499billionsquaremeters,representingaperiod-on-perioddecreaseof24.3%;andtheareaofcompletedconstructionwas0.339billionsquaremeters,representingaperiod-on-periodincreaseof19
