TheGroupisfocusedontappingintomarketpotentialsanddiversifyingitsterminalstoragebusinesstogeneratemorerevenueandmaximizeshareholders’valuebyutilizingsparecapacityfromjettiesandvacantlandofDZIT.In2022,theGroupactivelydiscussedwithdifferentstakeholdersonthesecondphasedevelopmentofDZIT,includingthemodificationofoneofitsexistingjettiesandconstructionofaliquefiednaturalgas(“LNG”)storagetanksandLNGrelatedfacilitiesinthevacantlandofapproximately150,000squaremeters.TheGroupisseekingapprovalfromthelocalgovernmentforitsproposedsecondphasedevelopment,andasatthereportingdate,theapplicationapprovalisstillinprogress. 业务回顾公司简介 汉思能源有限公司（“本公司”）及其附属公司（“本集团”）为能源行业之主要营运商，于华南地区提供石油及液体化学产品之综合码头港口、贮存罐及仓储物流服务，并于其自有港口及贮存罐区提供增值服务（“码头仓储业务”）、买卖油品及石化产品（“贸易业务”）及经营及出租加油站相关业务（“其他业务”）。 码头仓储业务 本集团拥有及经营液体产品码头，即由本公司间接附属公司东莞市东洲国际石化仓储有限公司（“东洲国际”）经营的东洲国际码头（“东洲石化库”）。东洲石化库位处中国广东省东莞市沙田镇虎门港区立沙岛，占地约516,000平方米，建有可容纳介乎500至100,000吨级的泊位，装备94台油品及石化产品贮存罐，总库容约为260,000立方米，其中180,000立方米用于汽油、柴油及贸易消费市场常见的类似石油产品。80,000立方米的贮存罐建作石化产品之用。 本集团集中发掘市场潜力，利用东洲石化库的码头闲置空间和空置土地，使旗下码头仓储业务发展更为多元，藉此产生更多收入，将股东价值推至最高。于二零二二年，本集团积极与各持份者商讨东洲石化库第二期发展事宜，包括改造其中一个现有码头及于约150,000平方米的空置土地上兴建液化天然气（“LNG”）贮存罐及LNG相关设施。本集团正寻求当地政府批准拟定中的第二期发展，截至本报告日期，申请审批工作仍在进行当中。 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis 管理层讨论及分析 (ExpressedinHongKongdollars,unlessotherwiseindicated)（以港元列示，另有注明者除外） TradingB
