TheGroupisfocusedontappingintomarketpotentialsanddiversifyingitsterminalstoragebusinesstogeneratemorerevenueandmaximizeshareholders’valuebyutilisingsparecapacityfromjettiesandvacantlandofDZIT.Inthepastfewyears,theGrouphasengagedindiscussionwithvariousstakeholdersonDZITsecondphasedevelopmentaboutmodificationoftheexistingjettiesandproposingtheconstructionofaliquefiednaturalgas(“LNG”)storagetanksandrelatedfacilitiesinthevacantlandofapproximately150,000squaremetres.TheGrouphasalreadysubmittedtheapplicationtothelocalgovernment,andasatthereportingdate,theapplicationapprovalisstillinprogress. 业务回顾 码头仓储业务 本集团拥有及经营一个液体产品码头，即由本公司间接附属公司东莞市东洲国际石化仓储有限公司（“东洲国际”）经营的东洲国际码头（“东洲石化库”）。东洲石化库位处中国广东省东莞市沙田镇虎门港区立沙岛，土地及海域占地总计超过830,000平方米，建有可容纳介乎500至100,000吨级的泊位，装备94台油品及石化产品贮存罐，总库容为约260,000立方米，其中180,000立方米用于汽油、柴油及贸易消费市场常见的类似石油产品。80,000立方米的贮存罐建作石化产品之用。 本集团专注于发掘市场潜力，并发展多元化码头仓储业务，利用东洲石化库的码头闲置空间和空置土地，藉此产生更多收入，将股东价值推至最高。于过去数年，本集团已就东洲石化库第二期发展项目与不同持份者进行商讨，以改造现有码头，并计划在约150,000平方米的空置
