TheGroupisaHongKong-basedcontractorengagedinfaçadeworks,whichmainlyincludewindows,windowwallsystem,curtainwallsystemandotherfaçademembers.Weprincipallyprovidedesignandbuildservicesfornewbuildingsandrenovationservicesforbuiltpremises.TheGroupalsoengagedinrentalofinvestmentpropertiesduringtheYearasmoreresourcesbeingallocatedtothissegment. DuringtheYear,theGrouprecordedatotalrevenuefrom(i)constructionandancillaryserviceand(ii)rentalofinvestmentpropertiesofHK$208.4million,representingadecreaseofapproximately6.7%ascomparedtoapproximatelyHK$223.2millionfortheyearended31March2022whichwasmainlyduetocompletionoftheprojectsonhandfromconstructionandancillaryservicesduringtheyearended31March2022.TheGrouprecordedanetprofitofapproximatelyHK$2.9million,representedanincreaseofapproximately107.1%ascomparedwithapproximatelyHK$1.4millionfortheyearended31March2022.Forthecontributingfactorsoftheincreaseinnetprofit,pleaserefertothe“ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis”sectionofthisreport. Nevertheless,theDirectorsconsidersthatgeneraloutlookoftheindustryandthebusinessenvironmentremainsdifficultandchallenging.DuringtheYear,thenovelcoronavirus(the“COVID-19”)situationanditsnewvariantscontinuedtothreatenHongKong’seconomyandconstructionindustryintermsofcashflow,operationalefficiencies.Theglobaleconomicoutlookalsodeterioratingrapidly,suchas:geopoliticaltensionsbetweenvariouscountries;highinflationthreateningtheglobalandtriggeringawidespreadwaveofinterestratehikesandmonetarytightening;rumoursofbankscollapsingandglobalrecessioninfutureyears.TheGroupalsofacesintensecompetitionfromfellowcompetitorsandtheentranceofnewcompetitors,whichleadtoachallengingsituationtotheGroup.TheGroupwillremainvigilantandcloselymonitorthedevelopmentofbusinessoperations.TheGroupwillcontinuetoadoptamorecompetitivetenderpricingpolicyandstringentcontrolovertheproductioncostsinordertoachievereasonableproject’sgrossmargin. 致各位股东： 本人谨代表华和控股集团有限公司（“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）欣然提呈本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至2023年3月31日止年度（“本年度”）的年度业绩。 本集团乃为位于香港从事外墙工程的承判商，工程类型主要为窗户、窗口墙系统、幕墙系统及其他外墙组件。我们现专注于就新建楼宇提供设计及建造服务及就现有楼宇提供翻新服务。本集团于本年度亦从事投资物业租赁业务，原因为有更多资源分配至该分部。 本集团于本年度从(i)建筑及配套服务及(ii)投资
