Whiletheoverallbusinessenvironmentwaschallengingin2022,itwastheyearthatwesoughtourbreakthroughinatimeofchange.Sincewewerewell-preparedwithaseriesofstrategicandexecutioninitiatives,wewerewell-positionedtocapitalizeontheopportunitieswhenthemarketgraduallyreboundedinthesecondhalfoftheyear.Asof31December2022,theGrouphadexpandeditshotelnetworkto122hotelswithnearly30,000roomsinover85citiesacrossthePRC.Intermsofoverseasmarketperformance,in2021,theGroupopeneditsfirstasset-lightentrustedmanagementhotel,WandaVista,inIstanbul,Turkey,becomingaChinesehigh-endhotelbrandthatgoesoverseasandofficiallyreceivingthe5Star-ratedHotelcertificationfromtheTurkishTourismBoard,signifyingtherecognitionoftheGroup’smanagedhotelsinoverseasmarketsandstartingthenextstageofdevelopment. Ourfinancialperformanceremainedresilientamidthedifficultoperatingenvironment.In2022,theGroupreportedrevenueandprofitattributabletoequityholdersoftheparentofHK$816.8millionandHK$193.2millionrespectively(2021restated:HK$873.7millionandHK$233.1millionrespectively).OurfinancialpositionwasstillrobustandtheGroupwasstillinanetcashpositionasat31December2022whichprepareduswelltoexecuteourgrowthinitiatives. 尊敬的各位股东， 日月其迈，韶华如飞。随着COVID-19疫情（“疫情”）三载的全面放开，二零二二年成为中华人民共和国（“中国”）旅游度假行业韧性发展和复苏求变的重要拐点，探索新生是疫情带给酒店度假行业的深刻启发。万达酒店发展有限公司 （“本公司”，连同其附属公司“本集团”）于二零二二年秉承务实创新的理念，令业务得以平稳发展逆流而上。 二零二二年营商环境充满挑战，这是我们迎接变化寻求突破的一年，也因为充分做好策略和行动等多重准备，得以在二零二二年下半年市场逐渐复苏时把握时机。截至二零二二年十二月三十一日，本集团管理的酒店网络扩张至122家，酒店房间数接近三万间，遍布中国超过 85个城市。在海外市场表现上，二零二一年在土耳其伊斯坦布尔开业首家轻资产委管的万达文华酒店，成为出海的中国高端酒店品牌，并正式获得土耳其旅游局的5Star-ratedHotel五星级认证，标志着本集团管理的酒店获得海外市场认可，同时打开下一段新的发展征程。 逆境之中我们的业绩表现仍保持坚韧。二零二二年本集团录得收入和归属于母公司权益持有人的利润分别为816.8百万港元和193.2百万港元（二零二一年（经重列）：分别为873.7百万港元和233.1百万港元）。我们的财务状况仍然稳健，截至二零二二年十二月三十一日，本集团仍录得凈现金，有利于我们继续积极落实业务增长策略。 4WandaHotelDevelopmentCompanyLimitedAnnualReport2022 Lookingforwardto2023,thetourismandhospitalitysectorhasbecomeakeyindicatoroftheimprovementoflivingstandards.Ontopofofferingbusinessandeconomicvalue,ithasalsoestablishedbetterlivingascorevaluetoconsumers.Ithasalsoclaimedasolidpositionasastrategicpillarindustryforeconomie
