ThenetlossafterincometaxfortheYearwasapproximatelyHK$105.4millionascomparedtothenetlossafterincometaxofapproximatelyHK$371.3millionfortheyearended31December2021.BasiclosspershareattributabletoownersoftheCompanyfortheYearwasapproximatelyHK0.67cents(31December2021:basislossofapproximatelyHK2.32cents). EconomyReview In2022,COVID-19illnesswaslesssevereandlessdeadlycomparedto2020and2021.Contributingfactorstothesepositivedevelopmentsareunprecedentedadvancesinvaccinetechnologythatallowforrapidupdatestoprotectagainstnewstrains,growingpopulationimmunitytothevirusandamoreeffectivetreatmentandvaccines,oralantivirals,andhometestkits. For2022asawhole,HongKong’seconomycontractedby3.5%andtheunemploymentratefelltoapproximately3.5%inthefourthquarter.Onayear-on-yearbasis,totalexportsofgoodsrecordedacceleratedgrowthinthefourthquarterduetothefurtherrevivalofimportdemandinmanymajormarkets,especiallyChina.However,exportsofservicesplungedfurtherasinboundtourismremainedatstandstill.Exportsandimportstradewereadverselyaffectedbytheweakerperformanceoftheglobaleconomyandvariousexternalfactors.UnderthethreatofCOVID-19andausterelabormarketconditions,domesticdemandalsodecreasedandprivateconsumptionexpenditurestayedsubdued,reflectingpessimisticlocaleconomicandconsumersentiment. Inlinewithrealeconomy,thelocalstockmarketdroppedsignificantasinvestorsentimentgettingworse.Inthefirsthalfyear,theHangSengIndexopenedat23,510pointsandclosedat21,859pointsattheendthefirsthalf.Inthesecondhalfyear,HangSengIndexstarttodropby2,078pointsto19,781pointsattheendof2022.TheFederalReserveraisedthefedfundsrateduringitsmonetarypolicymeetingsin2022,pushingborrowingcoststothehighestlevelsince2007,andinlinewithmarketexpectations.HongKong’spropertymarketremainsresilient,butuncertaintypersists. 业绩回顾 本集团于截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度（“本年度”）录得收入约277,800,000港元，而截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度录 得收入约243,800,000港元。此乃主要源于提供债务资本市场（“债务资本市场”）服务所得佣金收入约165,300,000港元。本年度除税前亏损 净额约为102,700,000港元，而截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度之除税前亏损净额约为369,500,000港元。该亏损乃主要由于确认透过损益按公平值列账之股本、基金及债务投资之未变现公平值亏损约
