Comingto2023,Chinalogisticsindustryhasshownsignsofstrongrecovery.AccordingtothelateststatisticsbyChinaLogisticsandPurchasingFederation,theChinaLogisticsIndustryProsperityIndexinFebruarywas50.1%,asignificantincreaseof5.4percentagepointsfromthepreviousmonth.Themainindustriesweserve,suchasmanufacturingande-commercecompanies,arealsoquicklyreturningtogrowthastheChineseeconomycontinuestorecover. Throughaseriesofreformsandinitiativesin2022,wehaveundergoneacompletetransformationwithourcorporateculturebeingthoroughlyrevamped.Throughourrenewedfocusonstrategicplanning,talentdevelopment,ecosystempartnership,networkplanninganddigitalisedoperation,ANEisfurthertransformingtowardsbuildingstrongcostleadershipthroughmeticulousmanagementasthekeycompetitivebarrier.Lookingaheadto2023,wewillcontinuetoinvestinmeticulousmanagementtoolsanddigitalsystemstokeepoptimisingourpricingschemeswithaclearaimonprofitabilityenhancement.Atthesametime,weplantolaunchnewLTLproductstoexpandourrevenuebase,andwearefocusingonupgradingourline-haulroutingcapabilitiesandsortingcostcontroltoachieveourgoalofcostleadership. 形成了从目标制定到复盘的完整闭环,业务链条更加顺畅,促进了公司业绩改善。 在战略委员会的指导下,公司围绕精细化管理的理念进行了组织和团队的升级,主要推动了两个举措。第一,安能在全国范围内打开营运区扁平化重建,撤销原有省区和大区的划分,重新划区成立营运区。更为扁平化的快速反应机制,使公司更贴近市场,同时大幅度降低了管理成本。第二,2022年第四季度,营运区和总部核心职位都进行了竞聘,以业绩、能力、价值观为标尺,选拔了一批更为年轻、业绩突出的管理人才,为公司的长期发展注入了新活力。 进入2023年,国内的物流行业呈现出稳健复苏的态势,中国物流与采购联合会公布的2月份中国物流业景气指数为50.1%,较上月大幅上升5.4个百分点。我们所服务的制造业、电商等客户的业务也在快速回归增长,中国经济稳步回升。 通过2022年的一系列变革,使公司的面貌焕然一新,企业文化进行了彻底重塑。安能正在从战略、人才、平台生态、网络规划和运营数字化等方面,进一步向以成本领先为长期壁垒的精细化管理模式
