Forthesixmonthsended30September2022(the“Period”),themoneylendingsegmentremainedtheGroup’scoreprofitgenerator.However,amidthegloomyatmosphere,thepropertyinvestmentsegmentrecordedadeclineinprofitandsecuritiestradingsegmentrecordedanincreaseinloss.Besides,despitethegradualeasingoftravelrestrictionsduringthePeriod,theGroup’scruiseshipcharterservicessegmentstillhasnotrecoveredfromthepandemic. FINANCIALREVIEW Revenue TheGroup’srevenueamountedtoHK$30,034,000forthePeriod,representingadecreaseof15.6%ascomparedtoHK$35,581,000lastperiod.ThedecreaseinrevenuewasmainlyattributabletoanincreaseinnegativerevenuefromsecuritiestradingbusinessbyHK$9,434,000fromHK$3,838,000lastperiodtoHK$13,272,000forthePerioddespite(i)anincreaseininterestincomefromthemoneylendingbusinessby9.2%fromHK$31,624,000lastperiodtoHK$34,538,000forthePeriodand(ii)acharterserviceincomeofHK$1,015,000fromthecruiseshipcharterservicesbusiness(2021:Nil). CostofServicesProvided Costofservicesprovidedrepresentedthedepreciationofcruiseship“AegeanParadise”ofHK$3,273,000forthePeriod(2021:HK$4,021,000). 由于香港的经济前景不明朗，二零二二年的恒生指数创下十多年来的最低水位，甚至曾经跌破了15,000点大关。除了来自外部因素的影响，包括利率上升、通货膨胀及地缘政治紧张局势，香港政府发布的最新预先估计指出，香港的本地生产总值于七月至九月期间暴跌4.5%，连续第三季录得收缩。 截至二零二二年九月三十日止六个月（“本期间”），放债分部仍然是本集团的核心溢利来源。然而，在悲观的气氛底下，物业投资分部录得溢利下降及证券买卖分部录得亏损增加。此外，纵使旅游限制在本期间逐渐放宽，惟本集团的邮轮租赁服务分部仍未从疫情中恢复过来。 财务回顾 收入 于本期间，本集团之收入为30,034,000港元，较上个期间之35,581,000港元减少15.6%。收入减少乃主要由于证券买卖业务之负收入增加9,434,000港元，由上个期间之3,838,000港元增至本期间之13,272,000港元，惟(i)放债业务之利息收入增加9.2%，由上个期间之31,624,000港元增至本期间之34,538,000港元及(ii)来自邮轮租赁服务业务的租赁服务收入1,015,000港元（二零二一年：无）。 所提供服务成本 所提供服务成本为邮轮“AegeanParadise”于本期间之折旧3,273,000港元（二零二一年：4,021,000港元）。 MANA
