Duringtheperiod,thecentralgovernmentwashighlyconcernedaboutthehealthfuldevelopmentofthewastewatertreatmentindustryandcontinuedtooptimizethepoliciesrelatedtothewaterecologicalenvironmentduringthe14thFive-YearPlanperiod.TheNationalDevelopmentandReformCommissionunveiledanoticethatdetailedeffortstoPromoteNewUrbanizationduringthe14thFive-YearPlan 行业概览 二零二二年上半年，物价及供应链受到国际冲 突事件，持续的资本市场及疫情波动所影响，对各行各业的经营运作均造成重大挑战，市政污水处理行业亦并不例外。在运营成本提高的同时，污水处理价格普遍未能及时调整，令污水处理行业普遍出现利润下降。在此环境下，康达国际环保有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司统称“本集团”）严控成本，有序完成建设工程及提升污水处理能力，虽然期内毛利率与净利润率与上年度同期相比略有下降，但依然维持在同业当中的领先地位。同时，本集团致力提升持有现金水平，为未来的经营环境挑战作出充分准备，期内经营性现金流持续为正值并大幅改善。在融资活动方面，本集团于二零二二年初取得由香港品质保证局认证，合共1,600万美元的绿色贷款，是本集团首次于香港完成的绿色融资，将
