The2019NovelCoronavirus(“COVID-19”)pandemiccontinuestospreadaroundtheworld,withthevariantcausingcountriestotakecontinuousprecautionarymeasures,anddraggeddownglobaleconomicgrowth.Inthefaceofhighinflation,supplychainproblems,theRussia-UkrainewarandtheChina-USconflicts,thevolatilityinthefinancialmarketshasdriventherevaluationofassets,wheretheoverallinvestmentsentimenthasbecomecautious.TheGrouprecordedatotalrevenueofapproximatelyHK$1,973,133,000fortheYear,representingadecreaseofapproximately4%fromapproximatelyHK$2,055,879,000fortheyearended31March2021(the“PreviousYear”).ProfitfortheYearamountedtoapproximatelyHK$44,742,000,representingadecreaseofapproximately20.5%ascomparedtoapproximatelyHK$56,253,000inthePreviousYear.ThedecreasewasprimarilyattributabletothedecreaseinmarginandIPOfinancinginterestincome.ImpairmentlossesonadvancestocustomersinmarginfinancingfortheYearwasapproximatelyHK$1,138,519,000(PreviousYear:HK$1,135,914,000). AsfortheHongKong’sfinancialmarkets,theHongKongstockmarketentered2022onahighnotefollowedbyalowinthefaceofmultipleuncertainties.TheHangSengIndexwasvolatileduringtheperiod,butwithmoreandmoreChinaconceptstocksreturningforsecondarylistingandthefurtherexpansionofthebondcapitalmarket,ETFs(ExchangeTradedFunds)andSPACs(SpecialPurposeAcquisitionCompanies),thefinancialmarketinHongKongwasenrichedwithawiderangeofinvestments.DuringtheYear,theGroup’ssecuritiesbrokerage,underwritingandplacingbusinessesimprovedtheirperformanceandthesegmentrecordedarevenueofapproximatelyHK$158,770,000(thePreviousYear:approximatelyHK$68,628,000),representinganincreaseofapproximately131%overthePreviousYear.DuringtheYear,themarginandIPOfinancingbusinesstookamorecautiousapproachandthesegmentrecordedarevenueofapproximatelyHK$1,729,866,000(thePreviousYear:approximatelyHK$1,938,035,000)representingandecreaseofapproximately10.8%overthePreviousYear. 本人谨代表金利丰金融集团有限公司（“本公司”）董事局（“董事局”）欣然向阁下呈报本公司（连同其附属公司统称“本集团”）截至二零二二年三月三十一日止年度（“本年度”）之年度业绩及业务发展。 2019新型冠状病毒（“COVID-19”）疫情继续在全球蔓延，变种病毒导致各国采取防疫措施持续，拖累全球经济增长。面对高通胀、供应链、俄乌战争和中美角力等问题，金融市场波动，市场重估资产估值，整体投资气氛变得审慎。本集团于本年度录得总收益约1,973,133,000港元，较截至二零二一年三月三十一日止年度（“上一年度”）约2,055,879,000港元减少约4%。本年度溢利约为 44,742,000港元，较上一年度约56,253,000港元减少约20.5%。该减少主要由于保证金及首次公开发售融资利息收入减少
