发⾔⼈ 1 00:00:02 With Rocket DNA, today's session is deliberately focused on last week's ASX announcementand what sits behind it. That update was definitely about new contracts, customer expansionand how our data and software platforms are becoming more embedded in customeroperations. So we're not here to cover everything in the business today, but the broaderdetail will definitely come through in that quarterly and four C that we do out in late January. 发⾔⼈ 1 00:00:22 So today is about making sure we understand and everyone understands the shape of themomentum we're seeing and how we framed last week's announcement and why expansionmatters more than first wins. I'm joined by as always by Chris Clark, our managing directorand CEO, and David Morton, our chairman is online as well. Different format today, I'm goingto ask Chris a series of questions to unpack the announcement and the role of data andsoftware in these contracts and how this sets up the next phase of growth. 发⾔⼈ 1 00:00:42 And we're very happy to take any questions, but we'll keep the discussion if we can centeredon the announcement and then trajectory it reflects. We've definitely received a number ofquestions and I'll try and get to those that focus on the announcement. But if you have furtherquestions related to what we're talking about today, please feel free to use the Q and Afunction and I'll address those as time allows. So just a first question. Chris, at a high level, where does Rocket DNA sit today after a great year of twenty twenty five? 发⾔⼈ 2 00:01:05 Thanks, Mark, and good morning to everyone. Really great to I guess have this opportunityagain just to sort of guess recap and instead of coming off last week's announcement as well.Good morning as well, David. Mark, yeah, like I think we're for Rocket DNA, we're, you know, sort of reflecting back at twenty five and so the year that we've really sort of had, you know, itwas really all about the execution. 发⾔⼈ 2 00:01:27 You know, twenty four and previous sort of years was really about validating the product andthe solution, and this year was really about that scalability, you know, focusing on the basics, just delivering and being essentially being rewarded for the fact of that. You know, customers, especially in mining are very cynical. You know, if something doesn't work the first time, they, you know, they disregard it completely outright. 发⾔⼈ 2 00:01:47 So you've got to be really careful and really sure about how you implement these systems inthe right settings in, you know, in a very structured manner and then deploy them. And this isreally the root of when you're dealing with Tier ones, it's a really critical thing. Because theopportunities are massive, but a lot of people sort of always generally stumble at the first setof steps. 发⾔⼈ 2 00:02:05 And at Rocket, we've really just been focused about having this disciplined approach that hasnow been reflected in customer repeat orders that have come through. So yeah, we reallybelieve now that the foundations have been set, the momentum is now in place and it'sbecome very visible. So yeah, we're really excited for what we've achieved by the end of thisyear. 发⾔⼈ 1 00:02:26 Thank you. Obviously, we are reflecting on that announcement last week and a lot of workwent into sort of bringing that conglomerate of contracts and customers together. Whatshould investors really take from that update? You know, what can we say here today? 发⾔⼈ 2 00:02:37 Yeah, thanks, Mark. I think the, you know, building on the again, that repeatability. Socustomers really just having their confidence and saying, look, this has now become part ofour operations, right? Like it's ingrained into our workflows and, you know, customers' needsobviously are growing and thus we need to be deploying or buying more of this particularsolution. 发⾔⼈ 2 00:02:55 So I think what's the sort of the first of things is to understand is again, these are all. They'renow becoming a lot more longer term. A lot of them are coming out of trial phases, whichgenerally are sort of short term arrangements, which have only been other couple of monthsor six months. 发⾔⼈ 2 00:03:08 And now with the BHP order coming along twelve months straight out of the bat. So again, alot of confidence coming through the repeat orders, a bit of a mix and a blend of new andexisting orders within it. And it's really about the maturity of the solution and theunderstanding by the customers of what they can do with this. 发⾔⼈ 2 00:03:27 Because when we kind of look at these systems and these deployments, it's not just aboutscaling horizontally and deploying more hardware systems across to more sites, even withinexisting customers or new customers, but also scaling vertically in the number of applicationsthat we're seeing our customers use this for. So we're getting this sort of exponential growthon two different planes, if you will. That's really been the most encouraging part about thisbusiness mode
