Forthefirsthalfof2024,theGroup’stotalsystemsales,includingsalesofallrestaurants,bothownedandfranchisedunderthebrandsoftheGroupanditsassociates,amountedtoRMB1,715million,representinganincreaseof10%overthecorrespondingperiodof2023.Asat30June2024,thenumberofstoresunderallthebrandsoftheGroupanditsassociateswas1,131,withanetincreaseinnewlyopeneddirect-salestoresandfranchisedstoresofnearly71storesascomparedwiththatasat31December2023.Forthefirsthalfof2024,theGroup’stotalsystemsales,includingsalesofallrestaurants,bothownedandfranchisedundertheGroup,amountedtoRMB325million,representingadecreaseof11%overthecorrespondingperiodof2023;revenueoftheGroupamountedtoRMB244million,representingadecreaseof20.1%overthecorrespondingperiodof2023. Forthefirsthalfof2024,theoverallsupplyexceededdemandinChina’sfoodandbeverageindustry,andenterpriseswerecaughtinthequagmireofpricewars,makingitmoredifficulttomakeprofits.ThebrandsofBestFoodwerealsofacingthesameindustryenvironmentandwereactivelymakingchangestoadapttothemarket. TheChinesefast-foodchainoperatedby“HHG”hasbeenfacingfiercecompetition,resultinginadeclineinitsofflinebusinessvolume.Inordertostabilizetheofflinebusinessvolumeandenhanceonlinebusinessvolume,“HHG”hasadoptedvariousstrategies,suchasintroducingfreshlystir-friedhomemadedishes,dry-boileddishesandseasonaldishestodiversifyitsproductlines,extendingoperatinghours,aswellaspromotingthebrandthroughshortvideosandlivecommerce. Sincetheinceptionfornearlytwodecades,“Xinladao”fishhotpothasaccumulatedcustomerreputationandloyalcustomers.Itiscurrentlyexploringnewproductsandstoremodel,whilealsoendeavoringtoenhanceitscompetitivenessthroughafranchisedpartnershipmodel. 中期业绩回顾 业绩回顾 百福控股有限公司（“本公司”或“百福”）及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）运营及投资十余个餐饮品牌。 本集团2024年上半年系统销售总额（包括本集团及联营公司旗下所有品牌的直营和特许经营餐厅的销售额）为人民币1,715百万元，对比2023年同期增长10%；本集团及联营公司旗下所有品牌截至2024年6月30日门店数达到1,131家，相较于2023年12月31日净新开直营门店和特许经营门店71家。2024年上半年本集团控股品牌的直营和特许经营餐厅的系统销售总额人民币325百万元，对比2023年同期减少11%；财务报表收入为人民币244百万元，同比2023年同期下降20.1%。 2024年上半年，中国餐饮行业整体供大于求，各企业陷入价格战的泥淖，盈利难度加大。百福各品牌也面临同样市场环境，都在积极变化以适应市场。 “和合谷”经营的中式快餐竞争激烈，线下流量减少，“和合谷”通过多种方式稳定线下流量和提升在线流量。比如，推出现炒家常菜、干锅菜和时令菜，丰富了产品线，拉长了经营时段；通过短视频传播品牌和直播带货等。 “新辣道”鱼火锅品牌创立近20年，沉淀了顾客口碑和忠实客户，正在摸索新产品，新门店模型，同时通过合伙经营加盟模式，提高公司竞争力。 04 BESTFOODHOLDINGCOMPANYLIMITED INTERIMREPORT2024 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis 管理层讨论及分析 Inaddition,BestFoodhasalsoinvestedinthebrandsop
