BusinessReview Atthebeginningof2023,thecateringindustrywitnessedarecoveryinconsumption,whichalsoattractednumerouscross-industryoperators.Throughouttheyear,thecompetitioninthecateringindustrybecamemoreintenseascomparedtoprioryears.Onlyenterpriseswithprofoundunderstandingonthedevelopmentpatternoftheindustryandtheorganizationalstrengthstomaintainpragmaticoperationcandeliversolidreturns. TheGrouphasbeenseeingprogressiveresultsfromconsistentlyadheringtothebusinessdevelopmentmodelofinvestmentandoperationalempowerment.Wecontinuedtoboostoperationalempowermentcapabilities,particularlybydrivingthekeybusinessstrategiessuchasfranchiseoperationanddigitaluseroperation,whichyieldedpositiveresultsforvariousbrandsoftheGroup.
